  Montserrat is a beautiful place and I do highly recommend visiting. However, for £37 per person all this trip really offers is transport to the place. Francisco was very nice and informative but I do think for an hour ride, it is a bit overpriced. You get about three hours once you get there, we did one of the hikes and had just enough time. I suppose I just wished the trip had a little bit more structure for almost £40 per person and not just a transfer with a bit of history behind the monastery.

  Good value for money, if you want a day out and like the mountains this is great. Only issue is our guide over loaded is with information and made it all a bit confusing. Some times too much information can be over whelming and not needed. However he was a nice man

  Great tour of this stunning place! Highly recommend doing this early in the day if possible as it may get hot and more crowded in afternoon. We had a beautiful day, with light breeze and clear skies to see the incredible views around every turn. The hike can be strenuous but not bad if you’re in reasonably good shape and wear shoes meant for walking on sometimes rugged trails. The tour guide Francisco was very knowledgeable on the history of the monastery, Basílica and surrounding area. The driver was very professional and knew how to navigate the twists and turns getting up the mountain. So glad my husband and I booked this tour.

  I booked the tour to the Monastery of Montserrat which had a guide option in Spanish and English. The reservation was confirmed in English. I contacted the Enterprise asking the guide to speak Spanish. On the day of the tour the guide said that afterwards he would explain to me in Spanish. I downloaded an English translator app on my mobile, which was my salvation. When Pq arrived in Montserrat, I went to talk to the guide and he was rude, saying he didn't understand me. I'm Brazilian. I took the tour for the little I could understand in the translator. I didn't want him to tell the whole story in Spanish, I just wanted him to explain what could be done and the other directions, like the return time of the bus, which he didn't do. I wanted to see if I had missed the bus schedule, what would be his attitude...After all, the place is very beautiful, the tour is worth it but I found the guide Francisco very robotic, without any empathy with the customer....
