Choose the basilica option to visit the church interior, or enjoy 3 hours of free time: hike the hills, savour a buffet lunch with panoramic views, or visit the museum. We recommend taking the funicular (extra cost) for unforgettable vistas.
After your adventure, return to Barcelona in the afternoon, 6 hours after departure.
Be aware that in the summer months the transport is normally a coach, and in the winter is usually a minibus.
Please note:
"Monastery" refers to the entire complex, not just where monks live. This is included in the tour
"Basilica" (literal church interior) is included only with the selected option.
"Throne Room" with the Black Madonna is not included.

5.00Montserrat was amazing, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been too! This was especially due to our guide Marc (not Marco) who clearly explained the different walking routes which meant we could easily explore the surrounding area in the time we had. He was also especially kind and patient with latecomers and those with accessibility issues. Highly recommend!

5.00This tour is so well done - easy to navigate an otherwise confusing journey to hike Monserrat. Francisco (our guide) was AMAZING. Lovely history in the way up and suggestions for what do to next on the way down. Top tier in every way!

5.00The trip really worked out well . While it is possible to go to montserrat with a combination of trains and bus it is quite complicated . Comfortable journey .fairly scenic after we leave the city .Montserrat monastery and other attractions are quite wonderful . The guide leaves u after reaching and we had sufficient time to explore including the Black Maddoba nd the funicular railway . We knew that tickets at the sites were extra .
