Catedral de Barcelona
Located at the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the Catedral de la Santa Creu i Santa Eulàlia is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture that took six centuries to complete. While its facade is famously ornate and neo-Gothic, the interior is a cavernous space of high vaulted ceilings and stunning 14th-century stained glass. Its most charming secret is the secluded cloister, home to thirteen white geese, a living tribute to Saint Eulàlia, the city’s co-patron saint, who was martyred at the age of thirteen. A great monument to visit on your trip to Barcelona and a nice way to start your food tour !

5.00Incredible experience learning about Barcelona, the food and drinks. So much to learn and Jorda did just that. His love of his city and all that it has to offer was definitely experienced. He has so much enthusiasm you can’t help but have a great experience. Plenty of food, drink and laughter! Highly recommend this tour!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Miguel! He took us to places we would not have tried on our own and all the food (it was a lot!) was delicious! He catered to our group's interests for the meals, which was very thoughtful. He also provided a lot of historical information about Barcelona along the way. I recommend doing a food tour on your first day so you can get familiar with the city then venture out to his other recommendations later during your stay. Thank you, Miguel and Secret Food Tours!

5.00Muriel chose really wonderful tapas, drinks, and treats for us. I liked the places we visited because they were very unique and historical shops. As we walked from place to place, she also fed us historical facts and showed us hidden spots in the city.

5.00Jordi took us to some local shops food market and eatery - all of which we would never have discovered on our own We learnt about the history of Barcelona and ate some gorgeous local food All portions were karge and we had sangria and vermouth as well A lovely time spent with Jordi

5.00Don't eat breakfast before you show up - there is more food than you can possibly eat. Numerous stops, and they were all great. I'm a vegetarian and Jordi was able to make accommodations for me at each stop - my note I left on Viator about being a vegetarian apparently didn't reach him prior, we booked about two days in advance, so he had to jump through some hoops to get separate food for me, but it was still more than I could eat. I know it's hard to get a last minute paella made! Two glasses of alcohol were included on the trip, which was plenty - recommend the vermouth at one stop and sangria at the other. If you are vegan this might be a little difficult, my substitutes included cheese and dairy, but you can totally do this if you are a vegetarian (but close your eyes at the food market).

5.00We have done food tours in Montreal, Paris and Amsterdam and my family and I agreed that this was one of the best tours we have been on. Jordi was so knowledgeable on the area, culture and food. He kept everyone engaged and was fun to walk around with during the tour!
