This experience takes place around a real table, in a local home, not in a cooking studio or tourist restaurant.
You’ll taste Colombian fruits, cook with your hands and prepare the kind of food we actually eat at home. Along the way, we’ll share stories, everyday traditions and a few local words that bring each dish to life.
The experience is private, relaxed and easy to customize. We can adapt the menu for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and lactose-free diets with advance notice.

We’ll welcome you with a refreshing tropical drink. Then comes the fruit tasting: sweet, tart, juicy and sometimes a little weird... in the best way. Next, we’ll get a Colombian main dish going together, like fríjoles, sancocho or ajiaco. While it cooks, we’ll make a local snack such as empanadas, arepas or patacones, and enjoy it fresh from the kitchen. Along the way, we’ll share the stories, ingredients and local words that make these foods part of everyday life in Colombia. To finish, we’ll sit around the table and enjoy the main dish together. Come curious. Leave full, and maybe... a little more "paisa" than before!

5.00This is a wonderful experience: you can learn about local fruit, learn what they are called and try them out. The chef teaches you how to make typical Colombian food: we made empanadas with ají. They offer really wonderful cooking classes: like green beans with pork leg. This is a wonderful cultural experience 🖤
