The UNESCO listed the Great Belize Barrier Reef as one of the most diverse eco-systems in the world made up of over 100 coral species and home to some 500 species of fish and hundreds of invertebrates.

Our snorkeling tour takes you on a 30-40 minutes boat ride to the Southern Barrier Reef which offers several different snorkeling sites within the reserve for beginners and experienced snorkelers.

Our snorkeling tour takes you on a 30-40 minutes boat ride to the Southern Barrier Reef which offers several different snorkeling sites within the reserve for beginners and experienced snorkelers. Our experienced guides takes you on an underwater adventure. Snorkelers often have close encounters with eagle rays, sea turtles, a wide variety of exotic fish, and even dolphins or friendly nurse sharks! Experience a bit of island life on this snorkel adventure as we normally stop at Bread and Butter Caye or South Water Caye for some beach-combing.

We had a great time snorkeling on the barrier reef. The crew, Aldan, Tio and Big-G ensured that everyone had fun. We snorkeled 3 different locations to see nurse sharks, rays, coral, and more. While snorkeling the crew caught fish, lobster and conch, which they prepared and served for lunch on Bread and Butter Caye. It was a safe, fun and adventurous activity.

With all those male stsff, focused on our enjoyment and safety, their goodness and love of nature, interactiveness with us and the amazing beauty of that area, I put it as my favorite snorkel out of dozens all through the Carribean an South Pacific. I felt.held, valued, given an amazing experience - what more could I ask for?

Theodore and Lennox were phenomenal! Great communication from the administrative team and the guys were there to pick us up right on time. We had a six-year-old and a 10-year-old and all were able to snorkel. They took care and were helpful when the little one needed to get back on the boat. It was a great day! We saw lots of fish and felt really safe. Would definitely recommend for a family.

It was a great experience. We went to two snorkeling spots durning our half day tour! The boat picked us up and they gave us water I would highly recommended get to know Belize

Snorkeling was amazing! Theo was very providing and caught an amazing fresh lunch for us! He was sure to point out different fish and tell us what each was while In the water. Once at bread and butter cay a beautiful afternoon of relaxing and great food was provided! Felt very safe while In the water and had a great time!

We went snorkeling with Jeff and Captain Lenox on two different days during our stay in Hopkins. The barrier reef is STUNNING and Jeff was an excellent guide pointing out the different fish and critters. We saw several nurse sharks, including one that tagged along with our group during one of our stops. We saw rays, barracuda and so many tropical fish. Each time out of the boat was something new. And the fresh catch lunches were sublime. Fresh lobster, barracuda, trigger fish and mackerel along with homemade salad, banana bread, sausage and chicken were delicious and provided something for every pallet. Highly recommend snorkeling with the Get To Know Belize crew!!

I brought my sister and 2 year old on this adventure and it was a hit. The guides were so knowledgeable, great with my little one and made the morning so much fun. We got to see plenty of beautiful fish, but the highlight were the nurse sharks! Thanks to Theo and the gang for a great day :)

We went on a full day snorkeling tour! We had such a wonderful time. Our tour guides Jeff and Alden were knowledgeable and fun to go with. We were able to see so much underwater (Alden always helped to point out and identified cool things). Also the lunch on the private island was the best! Would absolutely recommend booking with this company!

My Bestfriend and I took the Sunset Cruise, All Day Snorkel Tour and Cockscomb Jaquar Preserve Hike. They were all fantastic, our tour guides Alden and Jeff were top notch, friendly, knowledgeable treated you with care. The person I worked with to make the arrangements Josie is the best! She was very pleasant and helped any way she could. Recommend giving them a call. We just can't wait till our next trip.

Our experience was absolutely magical!!! Alden & Jeff were so great & accommodating especially because we had a 6 & 9 year old with us! Alden went above & beyond showing & educating us on all the different sea life. We saw starfish, sting rays, coral, sea urchins, all different types of fish! He caught conch shells, a lobster, & a jack fish for lunch! We enjoyed the most yummiest lunch of our stay here in Belize! The island was so relaxing & we definitely enjoyed every bit of our time during our excursion! Thank you guys for the most memorable time!
