  Fantastic tour to experience, OMG! Have to get up quite early in the morning but absolutely worth it. Big thanks to Melissa Miranda for bringing us up & down the vulcano safely, very skilled and adventurous. We enjoyed every moment of the tour. Tip for the next explorers, dress up warm it's so cold up there! So beautiful experience really!! Highly recommended

  I ended up being very unwell for most of this tour. Between traveler's stomach issues, and then car sickness, and then difficulty with the altitude, I was a mess! Rory was amazing, and went above and beyond to help me feel better and still enjoy the trip. So grateful for all his efforts!

  If you are near Boquete you have to book this tour! One of the most fun, thrilling and unique experiences our family has had. The ride with Jose was a blast and the sunrise at the top was spectacular.

  Amazing! I don’t particularly like waking up at 2:30AM for anything, but especially on vacation! This was so worth it, though. Our guide, Jose, picked us up at our hotel and the journey to the volcano’s summit began. It’s nearly two hours at a slow crawl up the rocky path to the top—in the dark!—but it’s really quite the adventure! Bumps, twists, turns—it’s all there, and without a cup of coffee before we left. The summit is breathtaking; the rains and clouds let up to allow us to see both oceans. The sunrise was covered by the clouds, but one gets the point! We had breakfast, prepared by Jose, overlooking the Pacific. Then it was back down the mountain, which is just as much fun as the trip up!

  This is an amazing adventure! The ride starts at 3:30 AM so that you can catch the sunrise and is two hours each way of the bumpiest road you’ve ever been on. The drivers are so skilled.! the views are amazing if the clouds allow. We were lucky enough to see the Pacific Ocean. The clouds on both sides were beautiful.   This was the highlight of my trip to Panama. The drive up and down is an adventure in itself and the last short hike to the peak for sunrise was stunning. Breakfast was great too and the hot coffee welcome. The guide/driver was fantastic with pick up and drop off from the hotel. They even bring extra coats for those not prepared for the cool temperatures at the peak. Don't miss this!

  Wife and I had an amazing time. Rolando was a very hospitable and knowledgeable guide. This trip is not for the faint of heart. The terrain is rough but the views are spectacular. Worth climbing over boulders and up the long stairs to the summit. Make sure you overdress because the summit is very cold and windy.   The view was great you can see the Pacific and the Antarctic very well, is cold up. The ride is very bumpy but our driver waits for it to be well under control
