5.00My guide was very experienced and allowed me to move at my own pace. Provided me with plenty of snacks, water, and extra warm layers for when it got cold at the top. Amazing experience!!!

2.00They give wrong departure and finishing times on the description, it is wrong on the confirmation too. I travelled to Boquete just to hike the volcano but it didn’t happen because at 4am when it was supposed to start I saw their email about the real starting time being 11pm at my spam folder. I also didn’t have a chance to reschedule because I had a flight the next day. At least they processed a refund promptly but that’s the least I would expect in a situation like this, so I cannot still recommend booking this activity.
