  It was an Amazing Tour on a full day of visiting Basque Coastline Towns with Iker! He has a very deep knowledge of the history, culture and culinary traditions of the region! He is very personable, attentive, very enthusiastic and proud of his country and region! It is Very Rare to find a tour guide that combines great personality and deep knowledge of the subject! Thank you so much Iker for an Unforgettable experience! I am happy to recommend Iker Bardaji to all my friends and relatives coming to the Basque Country!

  Basque-French Coastline full day with Iker. Visits to 3 outstanding & beautiful towns: Saint Jean de Luz, Barritz and Hondarribia! Every one of them picturesque & historic. Loved learning all about Basque culture. Iker is a wealth of information & very knowledgeable about local food & customs. We enjoyed a fantastic late lunch in Hondarribia.   Iker was exceptional! We spent 3 days together - food, wine, history, and sight seeing. We, even our teens, were eager and engaged with Iker's tutorials. We left with a much better understanding and a love for the area, cuisine and culture. Iker went out of his way to make each moment extra special - with sunsets, special access, impromtu tastes and locations. We could not have designed a better companion for our trip.   Our day with Iker was incredible. He tailored the experience to our interests, and managed to pack in a ton of sights and activities, while never making us feel rushed—which felt like magic. His Basque heritage and deep knowledge of history and culture brought the region to life, and we loved hearing about the layered stories of each place throughout time. We only had a 1 day tour, but I would happily spend a week with Iker listening to his stories, seeing the Basque countryside through his eyes, and spending time with him.   Excellent professional guide with Basque tours along the coastline. Our guide had a breath of knowledge about the Basque history. He safely drove us to beautiful cities such as Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luc and others with a delicious stop for lunch.Our driver, Gorka, was excellent. Highly recommend Basque Guides!

  Iker is the most perfect guide...we had a diverse group who had different interests. He balanced areas that we requested - Balenciaga Museum, seeing local farmers markets, etc. with introducing a few new ideas - if we wanted to try it such as visiting a winery. On the fly, we sat on a balcony, enjoyed a bottle of wine and a snack and were able to continue on the tour for the day. Nothing was rushed...he reserved the day for us in case we wanted to do something else. Would highly recommend the company. You will miss the essence of the area without a tour guide.

  

  

  

• Day tour of the Basque county of Spain and France

  Our guide Iker took us on this one day excursion of the Basque coastlines of both Spain and France. Iker was so very down to earth and easy to talk to. We learned so much of the Basque history and how the Spanish and French sides were different but mostly very similar. We toured food markets and had fresh oysters in a seafood market. We had an amazing lunch also! Iker was an excellent guide and I would highly recommend this tour to learn more about the Basque area of Spain
