5.00A very nice experience, PH takes the time to explain many things about the islands, Martinique, periods of slavery .. Its boat is very nice and its impeccable steering, we do not come out wet it is appreciable. A little aperitif is included in the tour great, we were very lucky with the iguanas there were everywhere! I recommend 😊

5.00Very pleasant outing with Pierre Henri who we feel passionate about his profession and the history of Martinique. Hyper attentive and patient with all on board and adjusts the tour to enjoy each spot in the best conditions. I recommend without hesitation

5.00We are delighted with our choice from a wide range of excursions in the area. Our young, but ultra professional young captain Pierre-Henri has a sure hand at the helm, the easy verb and knows the place like no one. 5.00An absolutely awesome excursion 🏝🪸 Between discovering the Islet of Iguanas, swimming at the Bathtub of Josephine and the breathtaking scenery, everything was perfect. Special mention to our guide, Pierre-Henri, true passionate about his job, taught us a lot of things, and was in the care, I'm not even talking about his home planter 🥰🍹... he really made this day even more exceptional! I recommend 100%, an experience to live at least once and more! 🌊🐚 Le petit +, boat with a maximum capacity of 12 people, in small group, which makes the excursion more intimate.

1.00Our ship docked on the other side of the island on a holiday (tour operator should have known this). When we called they were dismissive. Due to the holiday taxis were not available. When a request for a refund was submitted Viator stated: "We regret to hear about the circumstances surrounding your refund request. Viator strives to make every attempt to address our customers' concerns. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund. For your booking, the customer is required to go to the meeting point, and it is mandatory to be on time for the tour. We apologize that you were not able to fulfill your travel plans, and hope that we may be of service to you in your future travels. Regards, Ricardo Viator Customer Service" We will not be using Viator again.

1.00Our cruise ship did not disembark until 930am, we contacted the captain multiple times to advise of this delay but he said they already left. We requested a refund due to this and have not received. The address provided was also very difficult to find.
Not to be missed! To do with your eyes closed, but open is even better! 🤩
