The main French structure in the city will be seen on this tour, and the guide will teach history and Cambodian language as well. We will explore the countryside by traveling past fruit plantations, and rice fields, and explain how they grow, stopping along the way to talk with children and farmers about how to raise vegetables. Ridding on original bambootrain and visitors can watch and taste rat barbecue on the way to Phnom Sampou. Experience with climbing up hill to see killing cave, viewpoints, some temples on the summit. Aside from that, You will be enjoyed millions of bat flying out from cave in the evening.

Afternoon Tuk Tuk tour departures at 12:00pm. Start with pick up at 11:50am from your accommodations or restaurants. After that, get to know your guide and share with you about history, culture, religion, agriculture, folk tales and some main tips of Cambodia and Battambang. Then, continuing to see some main beautiful historical buildings, central market, provincial hall and the symbol statute of Battambang (Ta Dambong Kra nhoung).

5.00Samol was a great guide who provided us with a lot of information regarding Cambodia. Definitely great if you like history and if you would like to find out more about the country in general. The bat cave (or rather bat flight) was amazing, a very rare experience while the bamboo train was a unique and nice thing to do.

5.00I highly recommend this tour for a day of fun along an educative journey. Mr David was my guide who was extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humour and great “savoir faire” . Learned a lot of the history and culture of Battambang and its rural communities. Great tour from bamboo train to historic sites to field rat tasting (optional) and the site of 6.5 million bats heading out at dusk for feeding . Thank you again Mr. David for for great day 🙏

5.00A fantastic (7+hrs) afternoon/sunset tour led my Mr Samol: great fun; and a fountain of local knowledge about Battambang and also the general history of Cambodia. All locations worth visiting and always something interesting to see or experience. Amazing value for money. I'd highly recommend it!!

5.00We did this activity with my girlfriend, at first because we had no idea about Battambang and it seemed to the naked eye a city with not much to do. Actually, it was an excellent idea to do the tour because we met Samol, an excellent guy, with a lot of wisdom and humor! Thanks to him we could see that Battambang has a lot to offer and above all learn. For the first time, we got on a bamboo train and saw nature up close with monkeys and bats. We highly recommend this activity.

5.00My partner and I have never been to Cambodia, especially Battangbam. We did this trip to learn about the culture and history of Battangbam. I would highly recommend Samol as a tour guide because he makes you feel welcome and also teaches you about the history of every activity. Samol loves his job, and you can feel that passion throughout his tour.

5.00Crazy ride by bamboo train and crazy ride by Samol's tuk tuk- Wendy! I can stongly recommend this tour for everyone! Our guide, Samol is fantastic guide! The tour is full of fun and full of joy! You can learn a lot about cambodian culture and history. My favourite was the bamboo train, beacause I work at the railways. The food was amazing! Visiting a beautiful buddhist temple, watching the sunset and the flight of millions of bats is wonderful. Book this tour! You will not regret it! Thank you Samol! It was great day!!!
