Trip canceled, still no money back

1.00This trip never took place. I only found out one hour in advance of the trip that it was canceled when I went to their desk asking where the starting point was going to be. They did not call me earlier even though they could have done so. I am still waiting to get my money back from TripAdvisor. So I'm very unsatisfied.

5.00Such an amazing bay full of islands. Each is more beautiful than the previous. Our captain and crew made the day so nice. I would recommend it to all. We opted for their box lunch. Our chicken sandwich was very good. Overall, excellent day.
Fabulous day trip and shore excursion

5.00Just fabulous. We did this as a shore excursion from a cruise ship and it was easy to get to and the perfect length. We did the 4.5h trip and that worked well for exploration and relaxation time at the 2 island stops but back in port with no worries at all about time to get the tender back. Blair and Blue were fabulous friendly knowledgeable crew. The boat was spotless and very comfortable. There were about 35-40 people on board so plenty of room but a boat small enough to sail through the Hole. We had spectacular weather and beautiful calm waters. We were so lucky that not only did we have incredible scenery but the joy of spotting swimming penguins, fur seal, Eagle Ray, bottle nose dolphins and even a shark when docked and feeding the fish! A fabulous day thank you!!

5.00Our experience was great. The staff was excellent. Hats off to Blaire and Bluebell for such a great job with this tour. Wonderful guides. I loved Blaires jokes as well.

5.00A fabulous way to see the Bay of Islands. Fortunately for us the weather was perfect. The scenery was superb. The tour with Blair and Emma was first class. Highly recommend.

5.00We really enjoyed this trip. Our crew, Blair and Blue (hopefully I got those right) were friendly and helpful and really wanted guests to enjoy the trip. They were great wildlife spotters and adjusted the tour when we saw animals. They Bay is absolutely beautiful and seeing it from the water was a wonderful way to spend the day. Thank you!
