Grilled paella on a charcoal barbecue is a culinary experience that blends the tradition of paella with the excitement of outdoor cooking. Join us on our beautiful terrace for an unforgettable seafood paella cooked over charcoal. Picture the aroma of spices in the air as the sun sets. Led by our experienced chef, Victor, you’ll learn the secrets behind one of Spain's most iconic dishes. From selecting fresh ingredients to mastering the cooking process, you'll be fully immersed in this culinary tradition. Work together to prepare the paella, stirring the ingredients in the paella pan over the flames. As the dish cooks, we'll also show you how to make pan con tomate, with other local tapas padrón peppers and patatas bravas, and the South American drink clericot, a type of sangria, following a family recipe of Victor's mother. Relax on our terrace, enjoy the views, and chat with fellow food lovers. Once the paella is ready, we’ll sit down together to savor every bite. This experience offers not just a unique and authentic paella but also a relaxing, communal atmosphere of food and culture. Perfect for families and friends, children are welcome. Vegan paella available upon request!

5.00This is a one of a kind dinner experience. Even before we arrived Victoria kept us posted on dinner menus, food preferences, and detailed instructions on how to get to his flat. His penthouse apartment balcony overlooks the city of Barcelona. The view was spectacular. The whole night felt like we were drinking and eating with good friends. Victor is a fabulous chef and his wife was an unbelievable hostess. Victor has traveled to over 120 countries and the entire group (7 of us ) spent the entire evening eating, drinking, and telling travel stories. Thanks Victor for a fantastic evening.

5.00Anyone who feels like a guest when travelling will be welcomed with open arms by Victor and Kiira. Beautiful private atmosphere with views over the rooftops of Barcelona, great conversations and of course most delicious paella! Also the appetizers and dessert at their finest. Thank you Kiira and Victor for this extraordinary experience.

5.00Truly an incredible experience and made my trip to Barcelona even more special. Victor and his family - his wife, Kiira, and his mom, Lola were all superb hosts. I had the luck of being their only guest for the evening, and they made me feel so welcome. The food was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of it. Amazing experience and couldn't recommend it enough! Truly one of the highlights of my visit.

5.00You can pick from dozens of paella experiences in Barcelona but you’ll NEVER meet people as wonderful as Victor and Kiira. Once I booked the evening, and received an email from Victor, I had a very good feeling about a very special dinner. There was no way to imagine just how special. The moment you walk in their door you can tell you’re in for a treat. A gorgeous penthouse terrace overlooking half the city, an amazing spread of tapas and a step by step of how the dishes are prepared. We had two vegetarians who had the veggie paella and I enjoyed the seafood. Victor made sure to ask about dietary requirements in advance. At least as good as the meal was the company. What an amazing and charming couple. I feel like I’ve made forever friends who I’ll be anxious to visit again someday. In fact, a few nights later they joined us out for some drinks and food in places you won’t find on a tour or in a guide. I couldn’t recommend them more.

5.00An absolutely fantastic experience. An evening with Victor and Kiira shouldn’t be missed! Phenomenal hosts and wonderful company. I would strongly recommend this to EVERYONE visiting Barcelona. I’m sure I’ll not have a more enjoyable meal.
