This is masterclass of the husky tour. Warmly welcome to be part of our authentic lifestyle. OUr dogs welcare is our priority and we do take wellcare of our guests too. You will meet our lovely siberian huskies which are our family members and be part of the team.
Our home is located on the shores of Lake Sierijärvi in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland. Tuulenpesä is home to nineteen Siberian huskies, a cat and our four-person family.
This old farm is rich in ambiance and offers you the opportunity to experience the tranquillity of nature and taking a moment’s rest during your trip in Lapland. This is about our life style and our passion.

Masterclass! Here you can be a musher by yourself. You will have own husky team and work as a team with these great friends. Duration of the whole tour, including transfers, is about 3,5 - 4 hours. We go for a 1 1⁄2 -2 hour sleigh ride. We will start on easy ground across the lake and while that learn to handle the sled ride. After that we will enter to the forest with curves, uphills and downhills. On the way you can enjoy of the beautiful landscape and winter wilderness. We will stop at the camp fire and have some snacks like sausages, hot drinks and something sweet. You will hear the stories about the huskies and you are can make some questions. This all about our authentic lifestyle that you will part of. The distance of the ride is 20-25 km depending of the weather conditions and your driving skills. Dogs wellbeing is our priority and we take car of our guests too. Warmly welcome! We have warm clothing for you. And we will pick-up you from your accomodation. We will send you by email exact pick-up time.

5.00Our Husky & Yoga Nature’s Husky Tour was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a beautiful, fairytale-like setting that felt calm, magical, and deeply connected to nature. The huskies were an absolute highlight—strong, healthy, and genuinely happy dogs who were clearly well cared for and loved. It was reassuring to see how much attention was given to their wellbeing, which made the experience even more meaningful. The guides were exceptional: kind, considerate, and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. They took the time to explain what we were doing and why, creating a relaxed, supportive atmosphere that felt both safe and enriching. This wasn’t just an activity—it was an experience that stayed with us long after it ended. Thoughtfully run, ethically grounded, and deeply memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and heartwarming connection with nature.

5.00A great husky experience for family with young kids. The owner is very accommodating and picked us up from the train station in the morning, Even though it was -35 degrees on the day, we were given warm clothing and had a nice time. We spent a lot of the time with the huskies and got to ask lots of questions. It’s just something you can’t get with a big husky company.

5.00We did the Husky tour as a family (2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15) and it was an absolutely great experience – from start to finish. Everything written in the reviews so far has been fully confirmed. Oksana and her family welcomed us warmly. Although everything was well prepared, they took a lot of time so that we could get to know the dogs first. Very pleasant and not at all hectic. Our son was even allowed to lead himself, as he had sufficient strength – everything was handled very uncomplicated and relaxed. After the tour we were led into the enclosure. We had a lot of time to be with the dogs, pet them, take photos and ask all our questions. Everything was answered with a lot of patience and palpable passion. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love, respect and passion. I've never seen so many dogs together that are so harmonious with each other. An unforgettable experience, especially for families – highly recommended!

5.00It was an amazing experience with the huskies . The sleigh ride was awesome and the huskies were so enthusiastic and energetic . Aitta and Aksana were lovely hosts and answered all our endless questions .

5.00We were picked up on time and received a very warm welcome from the family. We were able to play with the dogs and get to know each other. We were given very good instructions and had a wonderful, fast ride across the lake. Afterwards we could spend some time with the dogs and play with them, then we sat together by the fire and had hot tea and biscuits. The family is very friendly and we had a wonderful time.

5.00I really recommend this activity in this place because the dogs are respected, well treated, pampered and loved. Very family atmosphere, with the couple taking care of their 27 huskies. We are far from the tourist trap like in other places with the 400 dogs in more or less good condition!!! Thank you very much for this experience We were able to touch and share precious moments with the owners and their dogs!!! The experience of driving the sled was truly amazing. 8 km of top trail
