  It was well organised.Our tour guide/driver was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Had lots of patience while driving as we were stuck in slow traffic going to Pele’s castle and he never said let’s call it a day as he were late for Bran castle. I appreciate the tour guide’s( Mr Bogdan) work ethics and helpful nature.

  10/10! Highly recommended!!! Our guide was super friendly and an all round great person, we left feeling like we made a friend from our amazing experience in Brasov. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Romania, the buildings, landscapes and tour locations; we learned so much everywhere we went - truly memorable. We were picked up on time in a nice clean modern vehicle from our hotel which was very convenient, stopped for lunch and breaks along our journey. We felt comfortable and enjoyed making new friends with the other guests; it was a small group which made it easy to travel and navigate in the busy areas (a big plus for us considering my wife is pregnant), and it also made the experience feel more personal to us. I’m so happy with everything on the day and recommend this to anyone looking for a premium service with friendly people to spend time with.

  It was a pleasure to visit the castles of Bran, Peles and The Bear Sanctuary accompanied by the magnificent tour guide Vlad. In addition to being a great companion, he is also a very friendly person, prepared and attentive to your needs. He picked us up a few steps from our accommodation and accompanied us in all three stages without ever Leaving us alone, Explaining minimally and in detail everything we observed as we went. I highly recommend to live an experience with him ... He is also a great ski instructor ... ;)

  Vlad is a spectacular guide, with a great knowledge of over all Romanian history. It's a Very well organized tour. It ended up being a private tour, which made even more intimate. Everything from Pick up to drop off was perfect, vlad kept us well informed and busy through out. We also gathered lot of information of where to find authentic Romanian food at the end of our trip. Highlight of the tour itself was Peles castle..

  Vlad was an amazing tour guide! He picked us up in Brasov and dropped us off at the Sinaia station so we had a faster way to get to our next location. He was very informative, patient and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and make the trip very enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a tour with Vlad!

  Vlad served as our tour guide for the day, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Brasov. Since we were there during a Romanian holiday, he adjusted our itinerary to reduce crowds and make sure we had the best experience possible. He is a friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable guide, always ready to answer our questions, both during the tour and while traveling between sites. He also offered to take pictures of us at iconic, picturesque spots. Thank you, Vlad!

  Our guide Vlad was AMAZING! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this trip. We had a small group- my friend and I and another pair. Small group was perfect for navigating some crowded spots and spotting bathroom breaks! It was easy to hear him as he joked and told us memorable tales about the different castles, Romanian folklore, and bears! For all the activities, you have to buy the tickets at the site, so make sure you bring your card and have service on your phone for the Peleș Castle tickets. (Have to buy online) Libearty Bear Sanctuary- prepare to cry at the sad stories that brought these abused bears to their rescue. Our guide Maria was amazing! Bran Castle- Though the castle was busy (like always!) we were impressed with Vlad’s knowledge and ability to navigate the crowds. Distillery- since my friend and I had initially signed up for the tour with a Palinca tasting, and we got switched to a new group- Vlad was able to keep this in for us, which was wonderful to try the different flavors of this Romanian liquor. Peleș Castle- we had to rush to get in before they closed. But get in we did!!! Other larger tours were going on around us, and while we waited our turn, Vlad kindly pointed out facts that the other guides missed—which we loved. Overall, Vlad was an amazing tour guide. I would go on another tour with him in a heartbeat!!

  My partner and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. We were very happy to be able to see the bears and both castles all on the same day.

  If you're debating between different tours and reading reviews to make a decision, BOOK THIS ONE! You won't regret it. We booked this tour for February 8, 2025 and it was amazing. First and foremost, Vlad was prompt contacting me after booking to figure out logistics of where to pickup and drop off. Once he had us scheduled he had our guide, Vali, reach out to confirm within hours. Vali picked us up at our Brasov hotel in the morning and away we went to LiBEARty Sanctuary. Along the hour drive he gave us information about the day ahead and tons of insider information about the history of the Bear Sanctuary. Vali is also a volunteer guide at the sanctuary so his personal stories and history were even more impactful once there. He ended up leading the tour at the sanctuary in the morning with us and about 15 other people. Next up, we drove about a half hour to Bran Castle and Vali gave us more insight into the fortress and history of the region as we drove towards the mountains. Always kind to take our questions and it felt like hanging out with a friend in their hometown. We toured Bran Castle and afterwards Vali gave us time to explore the town and have lunch on our own. After meeting back up, we departed to Peles Castle. From Bran to Peles was the longest drive of the day going up and over the mountain roads but Vali being the pro he is, had tons of information to share about the region. Once we arrived to Peles, we took a brief walk to the castle and were absolutely amazed at the beauty of this place. It's overwhelming how beautiful it is inside. After Peles we headed back to Brasov where we were to be dropped at the train station to head off to our next destination. Because of our late departure that evening, Vali was so incredibly kind to take his time driving us back through the scenic route and stopped to have dinner with us. I genuinely cannot express how grateful I was for this tour and appreciative of Vali. Truly, this is one of the brightest highlights of my time in Romania.
