Beaufort town located on Port Royal Island remains the Queen of South Carolina Sea Islands with its charm, natural beauty, fascinating history and rich, diverse cultural heritage.
On this 1.15 hour driving tour, we'll explore the historic district of Beaufort, including the famous Old Point area and The Bluff with its antebellum houses and churches, all from the comfort of our air-conditioned vehicle.
As we drive around town, your guide will introduce you to some of these beautiful and historic sites: See historic townhouses up close and learn about the architecture and the folks who built them. Discover what happened to the houses and people of Beaufort during the Civil War Union Occupation. See the movie sites made famous by over 24 Hollywood films that were shot in Beaufort and the surrounding areas. Join us for an adventure through the Nation Historic Landmark District of Beaufort, South Carolina's second oldest city!

5.00We had an incredible tour with Heather. She was very engaging and provided a great blend of history, culture, and local lore. The highlight of the tour was the stop at Beaufort National Cemetery. Heather did a wonderful job of informing us of the history of the cemetery and encouraged us to explore and spend some time in reflection at this amazing location. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00The minibus Tour was Fantastic ! The driver/guide ( I believe name Heather) was very, very informative. This was at least my 3rd tour with various co.s , she was, by far, the most knowledgeable and entertaining of them all. Would highly recommend this Tour !

5.00My wife and I were very pleased with every aspect of the tour of Beaufort, South Carolina. It was inclusive of several aspects of the long history that the city possesses. Although the tour only took 1 1/2 hours the narrator packed a good deal of information in a well thought out commentary of Beaufort's past!
