Departure from Barreirinhas in a 4×4 vehicle that will take us to one of the ferries to cross Rio

Preguiças which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park (PNLM), the park has

approximately 155 thousand hectares. The trail journey lasts an average of 1 hour. In front of the Dunes there are support points where cars

will be parked, together with a guide we will begin an 80m climb to access Lagoa Bonita, right at the beginning of the walk. After this climb your tiredness will no longer exist, as you will be impressed by so much beauty. Free time for sunbathing and swimming in the lake.

Swimming in the lagoons and the view of Lencois Maranhenses. This place is unbelievably beautiful; nothing else quite like it. Guide was friendly and cheerful.

The park was amazing. However, I ordered an English tour and I got nothing. The tour guide didn’t speak one word of English. I just followed the group wherever they went and wherever they stopped or when they got in the water. I got into the water like monkeys see Monkeys do.

Really beautiful place and good price but its really hard to have somebody who speak english. Otherwise the place is incredible !
