In a small-group class, guided by an English-speaking chef, you’ll prepare three Italian classics: fresh pasta, handmade ravioli, and your own personalized tiramisù.
Each participant has their own station with all the tools you need.
Learn to craft fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, shaping each piece by hand; unleash your creativity with tiramisù, choosing from a variety of delicious toppings to make it uniquely yours.
Finally, sit back and savor your creations with a complimentary drink on our cozy terrace or in the restaurant.

You'll be guided by an English-speaking Chef throughout the experience. Start with a welcome Spritz and our signature homemade cheese & pepper chips. Then dive into the hands-on part: you'll prepare three Italian classics – fresh pasta, filled ravioli, and tiramisù. Each guest has a personal station equipped with a wooden board, apron, and rolling pin. Your pasta will be paired with the most iconic Roman sauces. To finish on a sweet note, create your own tiramisù, customizing the classic recipe with a variety of delicious toppings. After the class, relax in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy your meal. Join our social table, sip wine with new friends, and ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian cuisine. Tomato bruschetta and a second drink are included! We happily accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests – just let us know in advance! The restaurant is air-conditioned—cook in cool comfort!

4.00The experience on the whole was good and informative and the chef was really good at explaining all the steps bit by bit,the only 2 issues were they tell you to bring your appetite but don’t get that much to eat and you end up sharing the pasta everyone makes rather than eating what you actually made which would be better actually eating what you made rather than a mixture of what everyone made

5.00Absolutely loved this enjoyed everything we made and eating it at the end was a nice meal making the tiramisu was amazing. The pasta was a little more difficult but still very fun the instructor was very helpful and clear instructions from start to finish.

5.00It was a pleasant afternoon to share with family and friends. Chef Carlo was patient and ready to help us in the preparation of the recipes. He explained in detail the steps and ingredients. At the end we tasted our works and toasted all together. Thank you very much it will be a pleasure to come back and see you ❤️❤️
