  Our tour guide (Marta) was TERRIFIC!!! We had a problem with the weather, specifically there was a torrential rain storm that ensued about the time that the tour commenced, so the walking portion would have been a disaster. She was nice enough to take us from place to place in her own car and drive us to the train station when it was all over. On top of that, we were having such a good time that the tour lasted about an hour longer than scheduled, and she was gracious enough to let us take our time without rushing us. Thanks to her, we learned a lot about Kamnik history, cuisine and the local brewing industry.

  We had a great day with Ksenija. On the program, tastings, hiking, local stories and legends and a brewery visit not a passionate who will answer all your questions. And for those who have trouble with English, I advise you to go around with Ksenija who has excellent French! Thank you again for this beautiful day 😊

  We had an incredible evening led by Josh. He is really friendly and informative and was a great tour guide, he knows the local area inside out. Grega was a very welcoming host, his knowledge of Slovenian breweries was incredible and the tasting he led in his amazing shop was really fun! Beers were brilliant and we bought some to go. Just a short train ride out of Ljubljana I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially beer lovers!!

  A great experience for all beer lovers. We enjoyed great beer and food, while learning a lot of interesting information about Kamnik and beer. We were welcomed at the brewery by the owner, who showed us the whole beer making process and much more. I would definitely recommend it.

  This tour vas a birthay gift from my friends to me. The tour was well organised and very enjoyable, it lasts just the right amount of time and the beers offered for tasting are good and many! Our guide was very thorough and told us a few details about the town and the various places we visited. My friend and I had a great time! Would recomend to all!

  The four-hour beer experience is really one of a kind. It starts at the Maister Brewery, one of the best craft breweries in Slovenia, where the energetic owner takes you on a journey both through the beer brewing process as well as through his personal beer crafting career. If you have any questions, ask away! The joyful experience continues at three other breweries, one of them at a secret location (no picture taking, please). While there is no need to starve yourself for days in advance, you will be offered a wide variety of snacks, with vegetarian options as well (just express your preferences beforehand). In between breweries, short walks through the city and its surroundings are an opportunity to learn local history, from solid facts to legends, delivered by the guide who speaks at least four languages fluently. I normally prefer wine to beer and can't tell ale from lager. But I really enjoyed this totally different adventure and can't recommend it enough.

  This tour of Kamnik allows you to discover the pretty medieval town with gourmet breaks. The tour is very well built, the Ksenija guide brings a lot of information about the city, its history, and some really interesting and fun anecdotes. Gourmet breaks are generous and varied. We were in such a good mood that we decided to extend the evening together. For those who do not have time to do the long version with nature walk (which I also did during my stay in Kamnik), this tour is a good alternative to explore the city center with good beers;)

  My husband and I had the best time on this short beer tour trough Kamnik. I recomend it to all couples that wish to reconect or just have a great time. We even asked our nanny to take care for our child a little longer, because we had such a wonderful time together. We drank great lokal beer, ate good local food and even met new friends alog the way. I was also surprised with quite a few informations about this region and I consider myself a local :) We recieved all the news trough unforgettable stories that our great tourguide Ksenija prepared. We had a blast. It was a great experience and I can't wait on spring to join the whole day tour.
