Killen Falls

Killen falls is a magical waterfall nestled amongst beautiful caves and rainforest. It is great for swimming and we often see turtles too! PLEASE NOTE: The walk down to the base of Killen Falls is very rocky so we strongly advise wearing closed toe shoes for this location.

Lake Ainsworth

Lake Ainsworth is a beautiful Ti tree lake in Lennox Head. Ti tree lakes are incredibly special and are known for healing properties. They are known to improve blood circulation, relieve aches and pains and soften the skin.

Absolutely loved this tour! The highlight for me was swimming in the tea tree lake and paddle boarding. Also so happy we saw dolphins too!

Brilliant day! Harry the owner and our tour guide was very knowledgable and showed us some hidden gems around Byron. Super happy I booked this tour as it let me see more of Byron rather than just the main beach!

Absolutely fantastic trip! Had 3 stops, first we went to a beautiful waterfall for a swim, then on to a ti-tree lake where we had lunch and a swim. Paddle boards were available to use for free in the lake. We finished with a scenic walk above another beautiful beach. All in all a great way to spend 5 hours, and the music in the bus was great.

Really good and organised trip. Enough time at each stop, paddle boards are a good addition to the trip. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most amazing fun and such a unique tour. Harry was an amazing tour guide even joining us in the lake to throw the ball around, a really cool and nice guy. Can’t recommend this tour enough, you get to see some real special gems and be immersed in the beautiful waterfalls, lakes and beaches. 100% a must do when in Byron

Really good day seeing different hidden spots and a swim in a waterfall too. Harry was a great guide as provided the tunes for the bus journey!

We had a great day with Tom on our tour. He showed us the best sights and you could tell he was very patient about his job. An extra special thank you for helping our friend get her trainers back off your bus! Would highly recommend Behind the Bay.

Such a great daytrip! Amazing tour and got to see a lot of places vi would’ve missed if not going on this tour. The weather was perfect and we got to see dolphins and whales as well. Highly recommend!
