Enjoy this private one-way arrival or departure transfer between Beijing Capital International Airport and your downtown Beijing hotel. You will be accompanied by a professional driver with a comfortable air-conditioned car. The driver will be waiting for you at the exit of luggage claim hall of the airport, holding a sign with your name on it. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 2 hours at the airport.

you said my driver would arrive 50 minutes after my plane landed and that may have happened - I did not time it so I don't know. But he was not there when I exited from baggage claim/customs area and I had to re-scan all the signs of the great number of drivers that were there before I finally saw my sign. Being there sooner would have helped. I compliment him on having a sign with large print that was easy to read.

Excellent airport pickup experience. Communication was great — my driver was already waiting with a sign when I arrived. The car was clean and comfortable, and after a long flight it was such a relief to have a smooth, door-to-door ride. A very pleasant first impression of Beijing!

We were met at the airport exit by a Viator driver with a sign displaying my name. Painless and easy transfer into town. Driver was polite and friendly. I've used Viator several times for airport transfers and have never been disappointed.

Very punctual driver. He arrived 30min before. It takes time to get the luggage, so meet the driver 40min after landing. The car is huge and clean.

Great staff!! On time. Driver was waiting for me as soon as I came out of baggage claim. I was so happy because immigration took a bit longer than I expected but driver was there waiting patiently. Dropped me off right at the front door. I considered this company reliable because it was scary to come here and I don’t know any Mandrin language

We were met at the airport and quickly taken to the car and was given safely to our hotel, would recommend as Daxing airport is an hour away from Beijing we also used them for our transfer back to the airport
