Booking Confirmation Once your booking is confirmed, we will receive your flight number, hotel address, and contact information. You will also receive a confirmation email from our customer service team, which includes: • Your full name • Contact information • Flight number • Number of passengers • Hotel name and address Our driver will flexibly adjust the pickup time based on your flight number. Whether your flight is delayed, diverted, or arrives early, service will begin according to the actual landing time. After your flight lands, you will receive an email containing: • Driver’s license plate number • Driver details • Exact waiting location The driver will wait for you at either the International Arrivals or Domestic Arrivals exit, as matched to your flight. The driver will hold a pickup sign displaying your name, flight number, and license plate number for quick identification. The driver will assist with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Our staff will select the appropriate vehicle class and seat count based on your group size. All vehicles are premium and luxurious, equipped with umbrellas, bottled water, in-car Wi-Fi, and air conditioning — at no extra cost — for a spacious and comfortable journey. Airport Drop-off Service The driver will arrive at your designated pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled time and wait by the vehicle to greet you. Once the driver arrives, you will receive an email with the driver’s license plate number and details, so you can easily locate the driver at your hotel or other pickup point. The driver will help load your luggage, then choose the safest and fastest route according to traffic conditions, and drop you off at the airport or your final destination to complete the service.
