Following a morning pickup from your accommodation in Beijing city center, meet your private guide and hop aboard your air-conditioned vehicle. Your exploration begins with a visit to the stunning Temple of Heaven visited by the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven. Stroll around the garden with your tour guide, watching local people doing morning exercises and you are welcome to join!

Follow your tour guide to stroll around the courtyards in the Temple of Heaven park, learn the histories and stories about the temple with your tour guide. You will visit major buildings inside the park, including Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest, Hall or Imperial Zenith, Nine Dragon Cypress, Circular Mount Alter and more.

5.00While we are experienced travelers, we knew when traveling to Beijing the experience would be tremendously improved with the help of a guide. Not only did Ranee do a fabulous job showing us Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven, but also found a local restaurant for us to sample Peking Duck and also arranged a last minute tea ceremony that my daughter really enjoyed. She did more than show us the sights, she helped bring the history alive with stories.

5.00We had a fantastic time with our guide Alice. She picked up at our hotel and brought us in the core of the city. We visited the forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven where she told us many details about the history of the different dinasties, ancient China and current facts about the place. She also brought us for a tea ceremony and local delicious restaurant where we had a lovely lunch which for sure we would not be able to find by ourselves. We give our highest recommendation!
