Learn the basics of chocolate making, we provide you everything you need & assistance from start to finish. You get to take your very own handmade chocolates home in a nice golden box + taste amazing hot chocolate! We provide you all the recipe and necessary knowledge so you can do it by yourself at home later on!

While other workshops are limited to dipping stuff in the chocolate, in our workshop you really learn how to make pralines yourself, from scratch!

Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch! We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

Honestly, I expected better from a workshop with such good reviews. The host was not a good public speaker. Despite having good English, I only caught about a third of what she was saying. We did not get given a recipe afterwards. She didn't make any effort to control the noise level in the room, so we couldn't hear what she was saying. She didn't seem all that interested really, like she was going through it by rote. She couldn't answer any of our technical questions at the end. For the money, go and do the waffle making and beer tasting workshop instead, it's 100% better. If you don't like dark chocolate, there is nothing for you here.

Very fun! Good for a rainy day. Son was an enthusiasm and funny host. Would definitely recommend this activity.

We booked the Belgian chocolate making as part of our trip to Bruges. The afternoon was great fun with our host telling us about the history of chocolate and demonstrating very clearly the various stages we would be required to complete to end up with delicious chocolates. We left after 3 hours with our handmade chocolates and the feeling that we had spent a lovely afternoon - the mood was relaxed with the emphasis on fun. Thank you.

Very fun chocolate making workshop! Sabina was a wonderful teacher and instructed us how to make pralines and mendiants. The class ran 30 min over so budget some time after just in case. Would recommend!

Fantastic time, had so much fun making and tasting chocolate! Our instructor, “Son” was very funny and had us smiling and laughing the whole class. Nice to do as a couple but would also recommend to someone traveling solo as there are multiple stations per table. Very interesting learning about and trying Ruby chocolate which we had not heard of before. Come prepared to drink and taste lots of delicious chocolate!

Sara is a fun, well spoken, gentle teacher and guide. The chocolate making class is comprehensive and easy. Small group experience-quiet and low stimulation. Scent of chocolate is mild and not overwhelming. You create 35 small (delicious!) filled chocolates. Sara shares interesting history of chocolate and the birth of filled chocolates (pralines). Highly recommend this wonderful culinary experience!!

This was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about chocolate. Sabina did a great job! I recommend arriving a little early to make the most of the class. The whole time is used!
