  The chocolate workshop was a fun hands-on experience. Our instructor explained and demonstrated each step before we tackled it and checked on each of us as we completed it.

  This was the chocolate making experience of my dreams. The praline making class was incredible in every way. The results of our efforts rivaled the chocolate shops. I bought the kit to make pralines at home. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this class.

  We have done many cooking classes and this was by far the most chaotic. There were only verbal instructions, so the instructor had to race around to help everyone. It felt very rushed. Unfortunately my station was the demo station which meant I was often behind the instructor and couldn’t see well. We did make a lot of chocolates, but no recipes or instructions given to take home (you could buy a kit which maybe had instructions?). Also, our pralines turned white-ish and grainy by the next day, not nice to eat. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this workshop.

  Sabina was an amazing host. Lots of personal and fun stories regarding the production of chocolate. It was a real fun experience and great value for money as you take A LOT of the chocolate home with you! I learned so much too. Highly recommended.

  Excellent workshop! Loved the experience. Sabina was a delight!! Highly recommend! We learned how to make pralines and mendiants and Sabine had very entertaining stories. Great teacher!

  Good fun and lots of chocolate! Kaya our host talked us through the process and helped when we got stuck. A fun way to spend a couple of hours

  This experience was great fun. Harry was very knowledgeable and showed us how to make a range of chocolates, which all tasted great. Would definitely recommend

  Chaotic, very incomprehensible English, dirty work, children's playground instead of explaining what it is all about namely control of temperature and learning to work properly...should be the basis.. Putting a price on a nice 5-star rating is just about it! Hence this review..

  Honestly, I expected better from a workshop with such good reviews. The host was not a good public speaker. Despite having good English, I only caught about a third of what she was saying. We did not get given a recipe afterwards. She didn't make any effort to control the noise level in the room, so we couldn't hear what she was saying. She didn't seem all that interested really, like she was going through it by rote. She couldn't answer any of our technical questions at the end. For the money, go and do the waffle making and beer tasting workshop instead, it's 100% better. If you don't like dark chocolate, there is nothing for you here.
