Learn the basics of chocolate making, we provide you everything you need & assistance from start to finish. You get to take your very own handmade chocolates home in a nice golden box + taste amazing hot chocolate! We provide you all the recipe and necessary knowledge so you can do it by yourself at home later on!
While other workshops are limited to dipping stuff in the chocolate, in our workshop you really learn how to make pralines yourself, from scratch!

Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch! We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

5.00This class was amazing! Our instructor Sabina was fun, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. Completely hands on, we were pleasantly please with the number of pieces and types of chocolates that we made, got to sample different types of chocolate and the hot chocolate was delicious! Keep in mind that what they call pralines are filled chocolate not like the pralines in the US. Worth the money, highly recommend when in Bruge!

5.00We booked to do this lovely chocolate workshop as I saw the forecast was a little overcast on that day and thought it would be a great thing to do with my daughter for a couple of hours. We were not disappointed!!! Ivory was a fantastic teacher... very knowledgeable, amusing and straightforward with excellent instructions on what we were doing as well as how it was best done. The group was a real mix of ages and various nationalities... but this only enhanced the enjoyment of our day. We laughed a lot and were thrilled with our chocolate creations. I have done chocolate bits and pieces at home before, but this really gave me the confidence and the knowledge to do more and have a go doing something different. It also took the mystique out of tempering chocolate!!! As an enjoyable activity on your own or with others, I can highly recommend. You are provided with everything as well as having a lovely box of chocolates to take home. Thank you for making a 'dull' weather day into a very sunny afternoon!!!

5.00Great fun to hand prepare your very own chocolate candies with fillings, to take with you. There is personalized assistance at each step on the process: outer layer of chocolate , assorted fillings , panache , nuts or raisins, outer coating of chocolate. Take note that there is a fair amount of standing at the preparation tables.

5.00Amazing experience! Phong and Kaya were really patient and explained everything well - and they were funny too. We made loads of pralines (with a range of fillings to our own tastes) and a sheet of mendiants. The music was great too - the whole workshop was awesome. Definitely recommended!

5.00Excellent workshop! Host very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions. A local who was proud of his craft & culture and happy to share!! So much to see & do in Bruges, but this was still a highlight for us!
