Altun ha maya ruins and Belize City tour, as we leave Belize City we drive thru several streets pointing out the historical points of interests such as the light house where one of Belize’s greatest benefactor was laid to rest underneath the light house. With this we start our city tour. On the way out to our destination Altun ha maya Ruins, Altun ha maya Ruins is one of the most popular and nearest archeological Mayan city to Belize City located some 31 miles north of Belize City or cruise port.
At Altun ha we give and provide a full guided tour of the site and also allowed to climb the temples. We spend about an hour 15 minutes touring on the site.
There are state of the art restrooms faculties on site too.
We provide transportation, water, and a fully guided tour all the way.
We will take you back in time and will make your experience a memorable one never to forget. Drive time each way is about 50 minutes.

We will pick you all up at point A and then drive to the Maya ruins of Altun ha then when we arrive after an hour drive more or less from Belize city your guide will then start the historical tour and will explain the history of the Maya civilization of the site. We are also allowed to climb the temples. Your will also be more than happy to answer all question you may have. This tour at the site takes roughly one and a half hours to conclude. Then the drive back to your place of stay or pick up point A.

5.00Dennis Jr. is the ultimate professional. He is personable, knowledgeable and made it a learning experience. He posed questions, made us think, and sprinkled in plenty of humor. As an educator I appreciated that and his preparation. This tour is must if you want to learn the history of Belize and its people. 🤩🥳📸👍🏾

5.00This was a great experience, for me atleast. The guide, who is the owner's son, drove me around Belize City and took me to the ruins. He told me about the history of Belize, the cultural make up and how people live. At the ruins, he showed me around and explained the historical significance of everything. Everything went as described. I enjoyed it very much and will book again for a different tour.

5.00This was by far one of the best tours we've done! Belize city was a stop on our cruise and we knew we wanted to do some Maya Ruins tour. This is one of the closest ruins to the cruise port. Dennis Jr. picked us up from the cruise port and to our surprise it turned out to be a private tour with just my husband and me. Dennis Jr. was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. It was about an hour drive there and an hour drive back so a lot of driving but it was awesome to see the city and Dennis Jr. provided tons of interesting information on Belize City throughout the drive. At the ruins, he gave us a very detailed tour and we got to climb up the majority of the ruins. He took our photos and the private tour was so much better than being in a big group. He even provided us with food recommendations and offered to drop us off at the restaurant. Overall, can't say enough good things about this tour and Dennis Jr. We felt like we made a friend by the end of it and would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Very interesting visit, definitely worthwhile. We visited the Altun Ha Maya Ruins which are around one hour from Belize City. The site is amazing, with excellent views. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Mayan civilization.
