  The boat arrived 20 minutes late, which is no respect for the customers. For the same 2H excursion to the caves (Benagil, etc.) Manguitus indicates a price of 35 euros but only charges 25 euros to some passengers! we are told that the boat will be with very comfortable seats and with toilets, while it is a lie, the boat is rustic with hard wooden seats and no toilets; there are no life jackets either, only neckbands old like Herod and unapproved. The whole way we are strictly forbidden to get up from our seat to take pictures, so those taken in the cave of Benagil are missed because the people sitting in front of us hinder for the photos! We do not recommend Manguitus.

  So we a family of 5 paid 135 for the boat trip to the caves and see the dolphins, Wanted the 2.30 trip and got told the 11.30 trip would be better, weather conditions he said??? Got picked up 10 mins late to take us to Portimão. Got to Portimão boat was running late didn't leave horbour till 11.47 arrived back at 1.15pm!!! That's not 2.5 hours!! We couldn't get into the cave no attempt either, rushed round the side of caves, seen no dolphins not even attempted to slow down so we could at least try and see them, I know there could of not been a chance to see them but like I said no attempt, so upset boys, no lift back to hotel either like I got told so we walked back to hotel, 1st time to Portugal aswell so thought treat the kid but I didn't rate this company,

  This should have been a relaxing tour of this beautiful coastline but the water was too rough. Knowing this and realising this instead of cancelling and refunding the money, they went ahead. The trip was too rough even for those of us with plenty of sailing experience, FAR too much for tourists. Tour supposed to go into caves and VERY glad it didn't but that was because it was too dangerous - the next company were turning people away. Gave no guidance on safety equipment use or life jacket use, then ignored the poor young girl having a panic attack and continued on. Swimming was included but not a single person in their right mind would have tried. Negligent choices by a terrible operator as many others have said in these reviews - they are accurate. Don't be surprised if this company gets shut down in the coming years. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews. You can't help what the sea and weather do but you CAN choose how to run your business.

  Beautiful caves, breathtaking shoreline! Our guide was informative and pleasant. The boat itself was comfortable, however, there were a lot of people and my husband had a hard time seeing where he was sitting. It was a very good value for the money.

  Bad experience, I bought 3 tickets to Alhambra in grands but the switched one important part earlier in the morning , my official time was 2pm, very bad , don’t go with Viator , it is a ripeoff

  These guys are top notch. This tour was exceptional. We were able to slide into many of the caves and have a terrific time. It was safe and the guys made it really fun for all participants.

  Enjoyed the boat trip for some strange reason thought we would get off in the large cave but understand why now we didn't but maybe that needs more explanation over all a good experience
