We'll begin the tour with a convenient pick-up from our office, located near the city center. From there, we'll make our way to Nina's house, located in the heart of Berat's historic castle. Upon arrival at Nina's house, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our local host and expert cook. The cooking class will begin with a brief introduction to the dishes we'll be preparing. You'll receive all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and our expert cook will guide you through each step of the process You'll have the opportunity to prepare two or three traditional Albanian dishes, depending on your preferences and availability. Some possible dishes include Stuffed Eggplants, Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), After the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared! At Nina's, we take pride in providing a friendly, welcoming, and educational environment for our guests

5.00Authentic Albanian cooking experience - trying delicious foods and meeting local residents of Berat! We also enjoyed the food & wine over a gorgeous view. What more could you want as a visitor of a beautiful city. This is a must on a visit to Berat!!

5.00I had a welcome shot of Raki when I arrived. The view from the top of the hill was spectacular. While I was cutting up the vegetables and mixing up the ingredients, the lady was giving my tips on how to do it easier - I’m not a cook at all. The food came out delicious and I had leftovers for later. This place is a guesthouse and I will definitely come back to this food and this view again.

4.00We had a well organized cooking with Nina and Michel. We cooked three dishes: Fërgesë, Qofte and Tave patëllxhan - very tasteful combination. All around I recommend the experience.

5.00A wonderful evening with Mama Nina and her family learning how to cook three wonderful dishes. It was such a fantastic evening. Miguel was an amazing person and translated so well. We loved learning to cook and chatting.

5.00This was a very fun cooking experience at the home of Nina. She and her family and friends were so nice and welcoming! We made meatballs, baked eggplant, and fergese. It was all really good, but there was so much food in the end. You can take leftovers. Came with a free bottle of water, glass of wine, and raki too!

5.00We ha d a great time ! The people we met that hosted us were very kind and friendly. We learned how to make good traditional food and had alcoholic drinks too ! We liked the food we ate and cooked. Amazing experience I recommend to others.
