1.00Making the reservation was harder than it should have been, was a pick up at the Bergen, Norway cruise terminal and for some reason booked through a service in Spain. Emails to adjust the pick up were not responded to..

1.00I had prepaid for a transfer to the airport from Bergen City center area. The time and location had been determined. The morning of departure, NO ONE showed up to take us to the airport. We patiently waited 30 minutes, messaged the operator with NO response. With the help of our hotel, we arranged a cab to get us to the airport. I would not book or use this service. Dishonest and poor experience!!
