  We did not get to experience our tour with Oasis Express Tours, but I want to share my compliments and appreciation of the owner John. The night before our tour we were notified that our guide had an emergency and was unable to meet us the next day. The owner John reached out to us later that night and went above & beyond to arrange for another tour guide. O'Brien Lambert took us on a wonderful tour of Bermuda that did not disappoint! We are deeply appreciative of John and O'Brien's service and the beautiful day we had in Bermuda! Thank you, gentlemen! I highly recommend both of these groups, Oasis Express Tours and Bermuda Longtail Limousine Ltd.

  We booked the trip for 12.00 as we were on a cruise, which the company was aware of, allowing for late arrival of the ship (which it was late docking) and to give us time for a look around the dockyard. However, just before 12.00, after waiting 15 minutes, one of the nice men on the dock offered to ring the tour operator to find out where they were. To our surprise and disappointment we were told that the time of our trip had been altered! They had sent us a message the previous day, telling us of the change, but as we were at sea, we were unable to receive it. They had decided that as our ship was due to dock at 9.00, they would put us on the 10.00 trip. Even if we had received the message we would not have made it as we did not get clearance to disembark until just before 10.00. This was our first trip to Bermuda and we were looking forward to taking a look at the island, which this trip had promised. They did give us a full refund, but we would have preferred to have taken the trip we had booked.

  Very good value for the money. Smilin’ Milen from the island was a great host. Highly recommended. Flexible as to how time was spent as it was a small group.

  Milen/Oasis Express operates an excellent tour company. He was very knowledgeable and catered to your interests he went the extra mile I got an opportunity to see some interesting sites and sounds and tasted of Bermuda that I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise I would recommend his travel company without a shadow of doubt I made sure I took his card to pass along to others and if I come back, I’ll be using his services again the best way to explore Bermuda is with Oasis Express.

  Smiling Milan was wonderful! He obviously loves his island and told us some much information about the area. We went all over the island and had a lot of fun!

  Fantastic tour! Small bus. Adapted to our cruise time. Stopped at all photo opps. Took us everywhere to make sure we saw it all. Took pictures for us. Took us to place for fish sandwich lunch. Was very focused on making sure we had plenty of time to be back at ship early.

  Stepped off ship and they were at end of dock waiting for us. We had never been to Bermuda before and after this tour we feel like we were here for a month! We saw the ENTIRE ISLAND! We even got to go get a local fish sandwich. Our tour guide was super accommodating and new everything about the island. He took us on roads with NO busses and we got to see sights before the crowds. If you are looking for a day to really experience the local places and not feel like you are on a field trip this is your tour! They can accommodate your schedule. Just message them!

  If you only have a few hours in Bermuda then I recommend this tour. Our host, Smilin’ Milen is a local who really loves his Island and loves to show it off. Top notch.

  If I could have given our driver Smilin' 95 stars I would have. He went above and beyond to make our first day in Bermuda great. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I felt that he truly loved his job and made us feel like we were locals not tourists. The rum swizels at Swizle Inn were great, but my favorite part was the fish sandwiches from Cafe Ole at Crystal caves. He suggested we tried them as the locals eat them, on raisen bread. DELICIOUS. Everyone in my group would go on a tour with Smilin' again. We'll done!
