5.00Nur met us in our hotel and immediately began showing us Bern. It was the National “Unification” Holiday and the Bundesplatz was jammed with revelers but she still navigated us through the crowd to see wonders of Bern that we did not know existed! We saw the Zytglogge strike 11, saw Einstein’s apartment, and the Bern Münster in time to hear the bells and hear a concert inside , saw surfers on the Rhine River … and Brown bears at the Bear pits!!
