Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

1.00The guide was not at the designated meeting place indicated on the map at the meeting time and we could not enter the stadium without the guide so could not do the tour. We asked for a refund and it was rejected without any communication
