Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

5.00Very nice the tour guide was very friendly and polite but I faced problem with tickets and I didn’t know that I will not br able to access tickets except with the guide and I didn’t know that I should meet the guide there anyway the plan was not clear by the app or emails and help center wasn’t helpful

1.00We couldn’t fine the tour guide therefore we weren’t able use the tickets, I had to purchase the pass at the stadium again so I paid twice. Terrible experience and no one answered when I tried to contact
