5.00Even at 2am the driver was on time. After emailing my very late arrival ( flight was over 7 hours late) the driver had my name as I left immigration area.

4.00Our driver arrived around 15-20 minutes late presumably due to very bad city traffic. But she found us, took care of our bags and drive carefully and responsively in notoriously bad Ulaanbaatar traffic.

5.00It was raining when I arrived. She had a sign out for me that was easy to read. She had an umbrella for me to walk under, and I felt that she drove as quick as she could in UB traffic. I felt safe the entire time.

5.00We used the UB Shuttle for both the return and inbound transfers, and both were perfect. The drivers were on time and attentive, and the cars were clean and comfortable. I was able to get driver and car information on WhatsApp beforehand, which was a great relief. It was a professional service I could trust and I'm really glad I used it.

5.00I traveled alone to Ulaanbaatar and wanted pece of mind above everything else. Booking with UB Shuttle was the best choice I made because, as I found out later, it's run by an official company with real customer support, not just random drivers. Don't forget to Whatsapp them so that they can provide you with the driver and car info, which felt very professional! I personally dislike public transport or sharing rides with strangers, so having my own clean, private car was exactly what I needed for a long flight from the States through Japan. The whole process was simple, reliable and absoultely worth it. On my way back, I chose to book again with UB Shuttle directly and realized how much smoother (and surprisingly affordable) the experience can be. Highly recommended for anyone who values safety, privace and proper support while traveling!

5.00Trip pickup from airport as scheduled. Driver was professional and courteous. Travel from airport to hotel took awhile as traffic was heavy as we got closer to town.
