5.00A very well-organized tour! The transportation from Zeebrugge was comfortable and timely. The guide gave interesting facts about Bruges’ architecture and culture. I especially enjoyed the time to relax by the canals and take photos. Perfect for anyone who wants a mix of sightseeing and leisure.

5.00Exactly as advertised. We spent the first part of the day with the group seeing the main squares, and the second part exploring on our own. It’s a standard tour, but the leisure time makes it much more enjoyable than a typical rigid group tour.

4.00Very good follow-up from the company in the days leading up to the tour. I would have thought the actual guide would have been at the cruise terminal long before the actual stated time. There were many independent tours leaving the cruise terminal around the same time and it was somewhat confusing who was to go where. The guide himself should have had a flag or something as he was short and it was easy to get separated considering the number or tourists in the same area from different organizations. The tour itself was wonderful tour with so much to see. The group was large and had to be split up into 2 smaller groups once we got to the market square. Our guide was fantastic. He had so much knowledge to share. Unfortunately, when the group came together again, our guide disappeared into the crowd. There was adequate free time for me to do any shopping or exploring etc. prior to returning to the ship. There was a lot of walking. Some had issues with their mobility and returned to the ship. The canal cruise was picturesque, but I am not convinced is added much value to the actual excursion. Overall, well worth it!

5.00A really incredible experience. Bruges was amazing and having knowledgeable, competent, kind, and friendly tour guides made it all the better. They made sure we made it back on our cruise in time and the pick up from the cruise terminal was seamless! Couldn’t recommend more!
