While the Cold War happened a long time ago, Korea is the only country that still remains divided as a consequence. The DMZ lies on the border between the North and the South. Passport is needed on the tour day. (A Military ID Card, or an ARC Card can be used instead of a passport.)

The Tour Time can be changed due to Military issues in the DMZ.

Pick up points will be either the main Subway Station or a hotel in the downtown area. The Meeting time can be changed depending on each location.

ONLY DMZ Tour: Does not include optional stops like Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge, Majang Lake Bridge or Strawberry Picking

    Our guide Alex was outstanding. He told us a mix of history, his personal experiences, and the current state of the DMZ. Very funny guy. He had us at each location first (parking lot was almost empty) and we were out before the crowds came. At all times we knew exactly what was going on, where we were, and how the place came to be that way. Never felt rushed even though the DMZ has a time limit.

    True to description- the tour allows you to experience the places civilians are allowed in the DMZ with a very professional but incredibly friendly guide… it was obvious they do this tour all the time & have the experience of guiding you through it down to a science!

    I really recommend taking this day trip if you are staying in Seoul. I was so pleasantly surprised that it was both an incredibly interesting trip and also beautiful. The guide Crystal was so good at conveying a lot of relevant information before each stop - it was both funny, upbeat and serious. It felt like an important trip to understand such an impactful chapter in the country’s history and how it affects them today.

    100/100 and would recommend to anyone. Sunny was amazing and so was the driver as well. Took us to so many different places and was very patient with us with all our questions. Perfect time as well as you’re able to see so many different things but don’t feel rushed either.
