The NEM (Vietnamese fried spring roll) 4. The Banh Duc (hot rice powder soup) 5. The Banh Cuon (Vietnamese steamed rice rolled pan cake ) 6. Desserts - a sweet and creamy dessert soup or banana cake 7. After several dishes , you will be full and satisfied. go straight to the TRAIN STREET is where the railway passes through narrow alleys lined with houses on either side of the track. Although train schedules show them to come daily, sometimes they do and sometimes not, so if you're lucky, you may catch one and experience the huge train passing right in front of your face. While here, enjoy egg coffees or other drink like local beer, soft drink, juit...at a nice shop trackside and experience the unique ambiance, and wait for the train to pass by

Tony was a knowledgeable and wonderful guide! I enjoyed all of the food that we sampled, and particularly liked visiting restaurants that were off the beaten path. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who is visiting Hanoi. It’s a solid introduction into the culture - tastes & sounds - of Hanoi!

Tom was very friendly, informative, and kind. He provided a tour with several food and tourist stops. The highlight was the train at stop and the different food stops-soup, tea, beer, coffee, sticky rice bowl, fried banana, and then spring rolls. 5/5 stars!!
