Loved the trip, however driving thru and around Kampala is crazy. The emissions from vehicles gave me a headache. If I come to Uganda. I would avoid Kampala. It’s a shame because people are wonderful.

The adventure I went on was worth every penny. The guide was knowledgeable, very nice, and had a great sense of humor. The sites we visited, the pictures that I took, and the experience that I had or some of the best I have experienced in my travels. 10/10!

Yusuf was an excellent guide with a wealth of knowledge of the country and the sights we visited. We visited a waterfall, my highlight was a short hike through the rain forest, and of course the source of the Nile River! A beautiful country, and a brilliant guide, especially since I did the tour solo. I would recommend him to anyone enjoying nature!

We had a fantastic experience with our guide, Fatumah. I was very very happy to have our first (and only) female guide on our trip! Everything was as described in the itinerary. Pickup was prompt and easy from our hotel in Kampala. We really enjoyed the waterfall hike, forest trek, and of course, the source of the Nile! Our traditional lunch and snacks were tasty and filling. Fatumah took photos along the way so that we have many memories to treasure. I would advise to bring some smaller denominations of shillings or USD for tips to the various local guides at each location. Overall, I highly recommend this tour company and especially our wonderful guide Fatumah!

It is a long road trip as traffic is a nightmare. We spent 6.5 hrs travelling to spend 2 hrs in Jinja. The town itself is nothing. The boat to source of Nile is a nice boat trip in a traditional boat. The falls are also nice, alot of greenery and bamboo forest. For me it is not value for money. It is a very expensive Tour for what is offered. The lunch was a traditional Ugandan lunch. I chose the fish broth which was lovely with sides of matoke, rice, a cornflour oaste and green vegetable. The restaurant setting land surroundings left somethjng to be desired as it looked very cheap, like a roadside Cafe. Toilets squat. What annoyed me was the expectation that I was to tip absolutely everyone, the guide at the falls, the boat driver, the guy at Source of the Nile. I paid USD 210 for the "tour" assuming the boat owner would be paid, that the guide is paid by the Falls instead they seem to expect something which gets totally out of hand,. Fir this reason I wouldn't recommend booking this tour. You might be best choosing your own local guide bug even then it seems every Tom Dick and Harry wants a piece if the pie. My driver was expert, knowledgeable and navigated the traffic well
