Meet your private guide upon pickup at the Hangzhou railway station or your hotel lobby in Hangzhou city. Set out on a full day of sightseeing in the comfort of an air-conditioned private vehicle, and talk with your guide about any particular interests you have so the commentary and itinerary can be customized. Start with a 35-minute boat ride on tranquil West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage site and perhaps Hangzhou's most famous attraction. Relax amid enchanting scenery as your guide points out historic pagodas, Chinese-style arched bridges, tree-lined walkways, green islands and lush gardens.
Finish your cruise at Huagang (Flower Harbor) Park Wharf. A clean stream flows from Huajia Hill to join West Lake, and many flowers grow where the fresh water flows in. Stroll through part of the 54-acre (22-hectare) park to see the many varieties, including a peony garden that blooms in April, and stop at Red Carp Pond — a popular spot for viewing fish.

5.00We , 6 of us booked a day tour with Aviator. Upon arrival at the train station, our local guide Leo had been waiting for us at the exit with the Welcome sign. Leo then guided us to the highlight spots in the city. Leo was very energetic, articulate, polite and very friendly. He explained in details about the history of each locations. Leo was very accommodating to our interests, we requested to go to certain location which was not included in the tour and he was happy to accommodate us. I highly recommend a day tour with Aviator and especially request for Leo. Troy Duong( The Budah)

5.00We spent a beautiful day visiting the Linguyin Temple, the famous Longjin tea village, the Leifeng Pagoda, the TCM Pharmacy Museum and the City God Temple. The tour guide Leo Chen explained me everything in depth about the places and history. I can really recommend that tour. However, one day is not enough. Apropos atmosphere, the cloudy weather was amazing and set the picturesque scenery of the landscape. I will come again.

5.00Well organised experience of local Hangzhou sights and eats with a lot of conscientious adjustments for our mobility needs. Leo, our guide, had also personally showed us many less travelled areas of West Lake that we would not have thought to access, had we been on our own. Our driver also communicated well with our guide in ensuring that we could be picked up in a timely fashion and conveniently near, despite some challenging traffic conditions. They also eased our ticketing process for the West Lake Impression performance, which was an hour long breathtaking display of Hangzhou's local talents. Along the way between different points of interest, Leo had been sharing with us many local folktales and legends unique to the locality. An easy recommendation to friends and family alike.

5.00We had a great day out with Leo & Chen, our driver. The tour had a nice mix of activities including the West Lake Boat Cruise, Tea Fields & Bamboo Forrest. Leo was informative & very friendly. We ended our trip at the old street, where Leo introduced us to some local street food delicacies. Highly recommend this tour for small groups with a limited time in Hangzhou to get immersed in the local culture.

4.00Leo was excellent as a guide, lots of knowledge and always happy to share information on a large variety of things. Also very happy to cater to how we were feeling and change up the itinerary slightly. If based in Shanghai, I would recommend taking a train to hanghzhou rather than a car, purely because of traffic. Also feel as though the final street of Hefang could do with a miss unless you truly want the tourist experience. Even just outside of the street we found to be more genuine, perhaps the trip to the street just for its history is enough.
