4.00This was generally a good trip. it would have been helpful if there were more than just the 2 meeting points. It was also very challenging to fit all 3 elements into 1 day. We did the Everglades followed by the boat trip and then the bus tour which we did not complete and alighted early due to the time.

5.00Great day out seeing the sights of Miami. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, who really enjoyed it too, particularly the everglades boat ride. Highly recommend.

3.00Destinations were good but Bus company who were in charge of whole trip were big let down. - From the beginning it was totally let down. - No one was there to guide us and bus driver said there should be someone to help you. Finally he let us in and we were not even told where to get down to catch second part of tour. - When we managed to get to second part on open bus tour it was raining lightly and only space was on top deck with all the seats completely wet with nothing to wipe with, we stayed on as we had no option because our third part of trip would needed start by 6.00pm last elite for the milliners cruise slot. -No one on the kiosk to validate our ticket's, had find another booth to validate tickets. Overall all places are worth visiting but try and use different company. I even did online chat to check well before travelling to Miami that who will guide us what todo at end of each drop off, I was told there will be someone to guide you. Guess what we paid over £750.00 for our group and service was proper let down.

3.00If you take the 2:30 excursion to the glades. You will not get back in time to do the boat tour or big bus tour. Unless it’s the week end. Excursions stop at 5
When booking this be aware it's not hop on off you have to stay on the bus as the guy doing the tickets said so we didn't get on

4.00Good experience. Guide was informative and taught us some new things. Found some alligators! Enjoyed the alligator "show" after the airboat ride. Very organized and staff was good to keep us organized. Would recommend!

4.00Great experience in the everglades...would go again. The guides were knowledgeable about the habitat and the area around the park. Knew the gators by "name"...and some of their unique characteristics. For the Bay Cruise, it was fun to see the different celebrity houses and the giant yachts... there is definitely money in Miami.
