There are 251 steps to climb the tower. There is no lift.
We kindly request that you arrive at the designated meeting point 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has started.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
Bags and backpacks must be stored in the cloakroom before climbing the tower (free of charge).
Individuals wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral.

5.00My husband and I and our five kids ages 13-22 all loved this tour and our tour guide! She was so proud of her hometown, kind and friendly, with good English. We learned so much about not only the tower but the gorgeous church and baptistery. She answered lots of questions and explained everything so well. It was a beautiful day in Pisa!
