  Evelyn and her driver, Liem, provided us with a wonderful tour of a beautiful city. (Kudos to Liem on his driving - we would not want to drive here!) Evelyn's communication and organization skills made the tour very relaxed and enjoyable. The restaurant she chose for lunch was very delicious, and the visit to the oldest coffee shop was a real treat. Evelyn provided an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this tour!

  We hit the jackpot when we were assigned Captain Bruno as our excursion guide. Captain Bruno was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent english and was very friendly and did not rush us. It was a very enjoyable excursion getting to see Saigon's main Post Office, The war museum, a couple other stops and then we even got a chance to eat at a local place. While at the Post Office Captain Bruno overheard my wife asking me to buy her a postcard, when I replied, I didn't have any vietnamese money, cat and bruno stepped up and loaned me the equivalent of twelve u s dollars. Later at our last stop, my wife asked me to buy her a couple pastries and when I replied to her that I was about fifty cents short Captain Bruno once again stepped up and made up the difference. What a great day and tour guide we had.

  This was a great tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Liam was an excellent guide and was flexible to work with our cruise schedule and our physical requirements. He is the kind of guide you hope to have when you book a trip like this. I definitely recommend him and “Mr. K” the driver.

  I highly recommend this tour and Kain as a guide. We booked this tour as a shore excursion. The communication ahead of the tour was excellent. The instructions for the meeting location were clear and our guide, Kain, found us quickly when we arrived by shuttle from the ship at the port gate. The drive to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) was an hour and a half. During that time, Kain provided an abundance of information about the history, culture and people of Saigon. The time for the tour was a little shorter than originally planned because the ship was leaving a little earlier. Kain helped us select the options that were of most interest to us. We really packed a lot of sights into the day. He was conscious of the time and kept things moving so that we would be able to see as much as possible. We also really appreciated that he took us to local places rather than to heavily touristed spots for lunch (Chicken Pho) and for a Vietnamese egg coffee. Both were outstanding and memorable. Kain’s English was excellent. Our driver was also excellent and he navigated the traffic safely and conscientiously. I was in awe of how he was able to maneuver through the congestion. We were a little nervous about the time returning to the ship because of heavy traffic on the way back, but we made it with about half an hour to spare. It was well worth it to see Saigon as a private tour rather than with a group.   Great trip with an exceptional guide. Liam was very knowledgeable about Vietnam…very important me because I lived growing with Vietnam on my TV. He took us to everywhere we wanted to go plus additional sights he thought we should see. We experienced the food and culture. Liam was very protective of us as we crossed busy streets and in the markets. Two people on our trip have slight leg issues. He made sure the transport was near and easy to access. In summery, I can’t recommend this trip enough…EXCELLENT!

  This was a great tour! Liam is first rate. He customized our tour to meet some special situations with us and handled our tour as a true professional. He is very knowledgeable on the history and keeps the tour very interesting. I hope to come back someday and utilize his services again.

  

• A wonderful cruise stop day in Saigon!

  We were amazed at the value of this tour which we booked for a cruise stop in Phu Mai. Peter ( I have found most Asian tour guides seem to adopt western names) real name Hai, spoke excellent English and often flashed an infectious smile. The port pickup was easy and advance coordination was excellent. We (4 of us) were escorted to a 13 passenger bus where a driver was provided. Bottled cold water was ample. The ride was about 1.25 hours, somewhat less than advised but traffic was light. We saw everything on the tour list except one site we chose not to visit and finished a little ahead of schedule. Hai took us to a charming small older coffee shop founded in 1937. Drinks of our choice were included. We purchased fresh ground coffee although there was no pressure to do so. at all stops drop off and pickup were very close to where we were touring. After cruise tours with their prefix lunches and dinners, we were very pleased he took us to a local restaraunt where he selected delicious stuffed pancakes as well as any appetizers we wanted all of which were delicious. Hai wrapped the pancake pieces in a variety of leaves provided for that purpose. After lunch we visited a Chinese temple and the huge Chinese market before returning ahead of schedule to port ( we had been a bit apprehensive over a long excursion for a limited time port stop but it was not an issue). The tour was far superior to the shore excursions we replace with it for less cost. I am enthusiasticly recommending it to a friend traveling to Vietnam next month!

  This excursion was the best we have been on! LIAM and Tony the driver were fantastic. LIAM was so careful in planning our day as well as making sure that’s what we wanted to do. He even added one or two extra activities that were perfect for us. His manners were fantastic. We left feeling like we were leaving a good friend because he made us feel so comfortable! We can’t recommend him enough! If you are looking for a tour guide he he is the perfect one!

  We have been on many tours and this trip with LIAM and TONY was the best’ LIAM went way beyond what would be expected from any tour person. He had the day perfectly planned. He offered us additional things to do and see and always took time to make sure that we were comfortable and happy! He was quite good about sharing knowledge of all that we were seeing. I would strongly recommend LIAM and Tony!
