5.00Nice overview of city - interesting and informative. Of special note, Viator TWICE rescheduled our tour when our cruise ship was delayed due to weather. This was very much appreciated! Great customer service to make this happen! An added bonus was the drop-off as near to our cruise ship as possible. Again, very much appreciated!

2.00Very unorganized at the meeting (pickup) point. Different groups meeting at the same location and no one knew where to wait. We sat on the top deck and it was extremely hot. Some passengers left the tour at the first opportunity. Apparently it had been hot on the bus the day before also, but nothing was done to fix it it seems. An attempt was made at the stop to correct it, but too little too late. Unable to go to the parliament building grounds due to a demonstration. It would have been nice if that time was replaced by a tour of the Plains of Abraham or had longer at the one stop we made instead of arriving back to drop off point early. Leaving late, arriving early, our 2 hour tour was only 1.5 hours. On the plus, tour operator and driver were very good. What we did see was interesting. Old Quebec is beautiful and historic.

5.00Great trip. The coach was comfortable, and our driver/ guide was very informative and amusing. Great way to get the layout of the city, especially if your hopping off days are over. Our October weather was sunny but chilly and windy. Sitting in an open double-decker was only for the hardy.
