  Fantastic experience. We've seen all the animals up close. Hotel facilities really high level, comfortable and always clean. The staff was very kind. Finally, let's talk about the Guide: Eli (main guide) and Kelvin. Two extraordinary people, helpful, kind and nice. Eli always took us very close to the animals, showed us everything and always explained everything by answering our questions. Very nice. Kelvin always super helpful and very attentive to the preparation of lunches. We always ate very well everywhere. Highly recommended, and please ask Eli and Kelvin because they are both very kind and very good 👏👏👏

  In the spirit of full disclosure, Elisante, my driver from a trip over a year ago, reached out to me to ask if I would write a review of my trip. I hope that it says something that even over the passage of a year, I am willing to write a review of my time in Tanzania and the people who made the trip so special. In a nutshell, your guide has a significant impact on your overall experience. The highlights of the trip are seeing the animals up close, taking in the spectacular views, and interacting with the locals, but these experiences are much enhanced with a quality guide. I am happy to report that Elisante and his team meet that bar. Elisante was familiar with the terrain and spots that the animals frequent. He knew where to stop or slow down for opportunistic photos. Lastly, he managed to make us feel at ease when meeting new people on our journey. I think it is worth mentioning some of the overlooked aspects of his service. He would que in line on our behalf while we rested. The Landrover was cleaned and taken care of constantly; this is a tall order when traveling in an open car with dirt roads. And he had the patience and grace to handle more demanding guests. I know it breaks the cadence of three examples in writing, but i feel compelled to tell one more tid bit. On our way to the Serengeti, the window was smashed by a stray rock kicked up by another vehicle. No one was hurt, but Elisante was calm and collected and patched the window on the spot. Thank you for making it this far. I will wrap this up and say my experience was superb and you are in good hands with Elisante and his team.

  As part of my trip to Tanzania, Africa, I did a safari. Our tour guide, Elisante, from African Savannah Trekkers was absolutely amazing! He picked us up from the air strip and was with us for the entirety of the tour. He was so very knowledgeable about all the animals and surroundings that it really enriched the safari experience. He was also very flexible and accommodating for alternate routes we needed to take due to rain or other vehicles malfunctioning. Elisante also made sure we got the best angles and views for our pictures of the animals and the safari surrounding areas. He even took us to a shopping center and reminded us to bargain. We also added a visit to the Maasai tribe. This just made the trip so much more special. I would highly recommend Elisante and his company.

  My wife and I planned and recently completed a 5-day private safari with this tour operator and if you are considering booking with this company, I recommend it! I am so glad I got to book with them because I had the best time ever with African Savannah. The lodges were breathtaking, I was thoroughly impressed! The itinerary itself was packed and allowed us to enjoy all the different excursions in Tanzania without having to worry about the logistics. All the places we stayed in were wonderful with great staff themselves. In the lead-up to the trip, communication was extremely responsive, and they made sure all the arrangements were correct in planning the right vacation for us. The safari itself was surreal, our guide was super knowledgeable providing so many interesting and cool facts. He knew exactly where to go to spot the animals up close! We were able to spot the big 5 which was so cool! Our chef provided very tasty meals each day which had us in awe. Everything was very professional, from the organization to the handling on-site and the implementation. For my first safari, this exceeded my expectations and went beyond. I look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you once again for making the safari beautiful and memorable.

  My friend recommended us to AST for a safari trip to Tanzania a while back. We didn’t regret it, it turned out to be a holiday of a lifetime. My husband, our daughter and I had an absolutely fabulous time. The safari was perfectly tailored for a holiday with 5days and 4 nights of safaris which included 3 parks, Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro. The accommodation was fantastic and the activities organised ; hot air ballooning and meeting the tribes were amazing experiences. The communication was so reliable and precise, the team was so attentive to all our needs and arranged things for us, that we will never forget doing as a family. They did such a fantastic job to ensure we had a truly memorable time. Our guide Eli was so friendly, by the end of the safari we all become friends. I can't help but sing Eli's praises! He was incredibly attentive, professional, and had an amazing eye for detail. He made the safari experience so fun and engaging, ensuring that every moment was full of excitement and wonder. We couldn't have asked for a better guide! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari adventure. We were regularly checked up on via text to make sure we were happy, this operator is so professional and a lovely team to deal with.   We had an amazing experience on our safari with this tour operator. Everything was top-notch, from the moment we landed at the airstrip to when we were taken back. Our guide, was excellent. He showed us the great migration, as well as many other animals, such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and impalas. We went on early morning and evening drives, and we learned a lot about the animals and their behaviors. We also learned about the culture of Tanzania. Our breakfasts and lunches were both delicious, and we enjoyed eating them out on the Serengeti. The staff at the accommodation were excellent. They were all very friendly and helpful. we are short of words for we enjoyed the trip throughout the 5 days. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend African Savannah to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable safari. Thank you so much for delivering beyond our expectations!

  We decided to organize our Safari experience in Tanzania with African Savannah Trekkers as a close friend suggested us this super agency and we couldn’t be more happy! We embraced Philomena suggestions and we went for a 5 days/4 nights Safari: it was the most incredible experience ever! We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara parks with our private English-speaker and super cool driver/guide Isaac, almost able to see all the big 5 thanks to his great experience: he always knew which road to take 😊 Moreover, he had great knowledge about all animals life and flora, making the tour even more valuable. The service of the agency was excellent and the trip very well organized. The night before our Safari departure Philomena visited us in our hotel to give us all details and information about the trip and during the tour was always available in case of any need.   An amazing experience! My husband and I recently honeymooned in Tanzania and took a trip to various parks there for 7 days. From the time we landed at the airport to when we were taken back, everything was top-notch. Everything from when we checked in, to the food, amenities, and our amazing game drives with Elisante blew our minds. The team makes you feel at home and will go above and beyond to ensure the trip is everything you want. They were very hospitable and attentive to our needs. Thanks to Elisante's patience and vast knowledge of the area, we saw and got to know about numerous animals, tons of lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and buffalo. We went on early morning drives as well as evening drives. Everyone was great and so much fun. Thanks to African Savannah for giving us another wonderful experience in Tanzania.

  I recently went on a safari to Tanzania with African Savannah Trekkers, and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The company did an amazing job of organizing the trip, and the service was great from start to finish. Our guide and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area, and they made sure that we had a memorable experience. They were also very patient and answered all of our questions precisely. We visited three of Tanzania's most popular national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. In each park, we saw an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, hippos, and many more. We also saw some more animals, such as lions lounging in trees and cheetahs hunting gazelles. The accommodations on the safari were also excellent. We were very comfortable! Overall, I had an absolutely amazing time on our safari with African Savannah . The trip was well-organized, the service was excellent, and saw some incredible wildlife. I would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking for a safari in Tanzania

  The operation had spectaclar and quick communication, they were very responsive during the whole booking process and we felt confident trusting them. We were picked up at the airport by Eli our guide and when we saw him we knew it would be a great trip. He is very charming! We started with a long drive to Manyara and as the safari progressed we visited other national parks like Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti . This trip turned out to be way better than we had expected. The team went above and beyond to meet our needs and made sure we were satisfied. It was truly a lifetime experience! We got to see hippos, elephants, giraffes and many other beautiful animals. Eli is quite knowledgeable, he identified every animal we came across and told us something about them. He was super fun! This experience was worth every penny. So much wonderful memories made and would definitely book another tour with African Savannah team again. Highly recommend!
