5.00I did this tour with my family, including an 11-year-old and 13-year-old. Our tour guide, Shuhei, contacted me a few days before our arrival in Japan to curate our tour. Shuhei was very informed and easy to talk with. We enjoyed our tour.

5.00Yuki was an amazing tour guide for our last stop of the cruise in Tokyo. It was our first time visiting Tokyo, and we came at the perfect time to see the cherry blossoms. Even though it was raining, we still had such a great time exploring the city and using the subway to get around. I had a few specific things I wanted to find, including Onitsuka Tiger shoes and Pokémon cards, and Yuki was incredibly helpful. He knew exactly where to go and made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was also so kind and thoughtful that he even picked up Pokémon cards for us and gifted them to us, which made the day even more memorable. Yuki was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable navigating such a large city for the first time. One day in Tokyo is definitely not enough, and we would absolutely use Yuki again the next time we come back!

5.00Tadashi was a wonderful guide. He worked with us in advance to design a very personalized itenirary, offering great suggestions for where to go. He shared helpful information about the history and culture, and was so helpful in navigating our family through the train/subway and as we made our way throughout the day. He even helped us design an itenirary for the next day for travel on our own. Thank you so much Tadashi!!

5.00Our experience with Roy was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he made our day in Tokyo smooth, informative, and truly memorable. He did an excellent job guiding us through Japan’s public transportation system, which can feel overwhelming at first. Thanks to him, we felt confident navigating it on our own afterward. What really stood out was his knowledge. At every stop, he shared meaningful historical context and explained the cultural significance of what we were seeing. Even while we were traveling between locations, he continued to teach us about Japanese culture and daily life. It was a lot of information, but presented in a way that was engaging and easy to appreciate. Beyond his knowledge, Roy was incredibly kind, patient, and polite. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire day and was a pleasure to spend time with. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
