horrible customer service.Bus left 10 mins earlier than planned from a meeting spot. Our guide saw us running behind the bus trying to catch up but they didn't stop. Infact, other travelers also asked the bus to stop so that we could get on but they ignored everyone. Had to catch a cab and meet them at the next stop.

Excellent and knowledgeable tour guide! Thorough and informative seeing the best spots in Zurich! Loved the boat ride and seeing the chocolate factory! I highly recommend this tour!

The mountain walk from the cafe was steep. The ferry ride was a mere 10 minutes on the bus. The city didn’t show its best on a dull day. This tour would have been more valuable for those planning to stay in Zürich longer than the one day we had.

This was an incredible excursion! So much information! Our tour guide (originally from Argentina) was the best!!! He really was professional and caring! I learned so much!!! The walking trip was very informative! The stop t the chocolate museum was very nice! All of it was wonderful.

We booked a few tours in Zurich and this was probably the most disappointing. It cannot be helped but cable car was out of action and felt the cog railway was a poor second option and not well organised. We had an additional stop at Lindt museum but no time to explore. All in all felt very rushed and walking tour was about 10 minutes
