Nearest car park is at Beech Road, Killarney, 2 minutes walk from pick up point.

Clients are requested to check into the office at Deros Tours,22 Main Street,Killarney thirty minutes prior to departure.

For health & safety reasons no hot drinks or food are allowed on the coach.

Comfort stops are at The Bog Village when available and Sneem otherwise there will be alternate arrangements made for comfort stops.

The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the driver due to weather or parking availability on the day.

When a sufficient number of customers are not reached (only during the off season), we will make every effort to accommodate them, which may result in a tour with another touring company.

Priority seats (first four rows) can be reserved in advance, and the fee of E 8 per person can be paid directly at the office before the tour begins.

Size of vehicle depends on numbers of passengers booked and varies from all sized vehicles.

Kerry Bog Village Museum

The Kerry Bog Village, located on the beautiful Ring of Kerry gives you a fascinating insight into how people lived and worked in Ireland in the late 19th Century. The village is the only one of its kind in Europe and is one of Kerry’s leading tourist attractions. Ideal for families and tourists with spacious parking. Step back in time and take a wonderful look at Ireland’s rural history, heritage and lifestyle. Visitors will experience the culture, customs and living conditions of our great ancestors through the famine years, and late 19th century. The village has period thatched cottages, fully furnished with authentic antiques, complete with sound effects and figurines. Outdoors, we display a fabulous array of rural farm equipment, used by turf cutters and farmers of the time period. This stop is also used for a Morning Coffee/Restroom stop Time also for a walk in the area if one did not want to visit the Village. This stop is used as a comfort stop.

Kells Sheepdogs Ring of Kerry

The sheep-dog demonstration is one of the most unusual-& popular-sights on the Ring.Local farmer Tom will introduce you to his sheep dogs. Tom then gives a fascinating demonstration of how a sheep dog is used to bring in the sheep. Responding to Tom’s whistled commands, the dogs guide the sheep.Miraculously,by the end of the demonstration all the sheep are calmly gathered in a pen. His amazing skills are on show here with his dogs responding to his every command. A question & answer session follows.The sheep dogs are the real stars of the show.They obviously love their work & listen to Tom,panting happily after another successful demonstration.The flock includes a number of rare breeds and Tom will answer any questions you have above them. The admission charge is E 8 p.p please be aware this is only a cash payment and paid onsite.

Denis was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area. We stopped at a variety of spots so that we saw the amazing landscapes as well as local areas.

Catherine welcomed us with a warm smile as we checked in! The ‘Rings of Kerry’ tour and drive was very picturesque and we soaked in gorgeous Irish splendor! Darren was a fantastic guide and driver! He educated, enthralled, and helped us appreciate Ireland’s rich history, the towns along the way, and the ecology. At the end of the day, Killarney was lovely, quaint and we had a wonderful time ringing in the new year as a family!

This is a must do when visiting Killarney or Dublin (Deros picks up at the Killarney train station). The Ring of Kerry is very impressive and breathtaking. Our driver, Dennis, is a very professional driver who has a wealth of knowledge that he shares along the route. Our lunch stop, at a pub in Waterville, had tasty food and local experience. The coach is comfortable and handles the challenging climbs and decents with aplomb. Denis also knows the road irregularities and minimized the disruption to the passengers. A lifetime of memories in a single day trip.

We booked this tour by phone because the office was closed for renovations. The tourism office said it should be 38 euros, a senior citizen rate. When we arrived at the appointed time we were told it would be 45 euros and because the man couldn’t figure out how to use the credit card machine we had to pay cash. Our driver, Michael, was also the man who told us the higher price. We read reviews of drivers who told jokes, played music and sang- we had none of that. Michael pointed out things as we passed them, with no banter and additional information. The tour ended about an hour earlier than advertised. Michael seemed to be in a hurry as he drove. The tour could have been much better.

Beautiful. Saw mountains and the ocean. Beautiful ocean views. Stopped in small village for a nice lunch. Stopped was when up small hike to a beautiful waterfalls. Many stops for pictures. Our driver and Guide,Matt. We enjoyed his commentary a d jokes. Great day

Excellent day out from start to finish with Deros coach tours, lovely large mini bus for 20 people all air conditioned our driver Michael was a true professional driver knowledgeable interactive with customers and most importantly a great safe driver, he gave us a running commentary all through the day telling us stories gone by and historic facts which were fascinating to say the least all in all a fantastic day out Ask for Micheal when booking you won’t be disappointed!
