Malta Sailing Experiences specialises in small-group bespoke sailing holidays and yacht charter experiences around the Maltese islands and beyond.
Our Half day charters are great for people who want a quick taster of life on a yacht.
There are options to go to one of 4 bays whaich can be discussed with your skipper. St Pauls Islands or Fra Ben Bay or Hoffriet bays or Balluta Bay.
You can also combine this with a harbour tour but this is best done on the evening charter and not on the morning one.

Start times 8.30am to 12.30pm for Half Day Charters Start Time 6.30pm to 10.30pm for Evening Charters. Half Day Itinerary Itinerary – In a 4 hour half day charter, there are a few options to experience. • Journey to a nearby bay and enjoy the 4 hours unwinding on a yacht. We usually go south to Hoffriet, or north to Fra Ben, St Pauls Islands or to maximise time, closer to Balluta bay. • Sail for 4 hours enjoying the adventure and getting a chance to take control of the wheel and explore the full sailing experience. • Enjoy a short sail for an hour or two and then combine this with a harbour tour of the Grand Harbour at night. Quite spectacular and magical. Your itinerary can be discussed on the day with your skipper. Please note that Comino is not an option on a 4 hour trip and only an option on a full day charter. Food and drink is also not provided as part of the charter but you are always welcome to get your own on board.

5.00Patrick made everything seamless with the reservation and accommodating us by having all of our drinks and food on the boat when we arrived. The boat is amazing, the paddle boards were a great addition for exploring. Capt Steve is a great guy and made the trip amazing. His attention to all the details and choice of stops along the way with his knowledge of Malta was perfect. Thank you Captain Steve!!

Special thanks to the skipper for his high professionalism, attention to detail and care for our family. We felt completely safe and were able to enjoy every minute of the holiday. 5.00Really enjoyable day on the boat, skipper was really chill, friendly and he knew what he was doing. Really enjoyed the day out with drinks ordered prior the day through their customer service. Had fun using the paddle boards with my friends. Overall a really good experience. Met up with some friends on other boats aswell.

5.00Lovely day on the sea with friends. 😊 The skipper was very sweet and knew what he was doing, taking us to the best beaches and aiding us with the paddle boards 🏄 ..They also provided us with a variety of drinks and snacks to keep us happy throughout the trip. 😋

5.00We explored the wonderful coastline in the South East area of Malta, stopping at bays to swim. We got to use paddle boards and were given drinks too. The canopy allowed us to play a game of cards in the shade. There are also well maintained toilets and a hammock to relax on. The skipper was friendly and helfpul 😁
