Native of Moorea and marine life passionate, our family has been guiding travelers for 20 years now. Join us for a real lagoon discovery and the Polynesian culture.
You'll enjoy 3 amazing snorkeling stops, encountering green turtles, eagle rays, sharks, whip rays and underwater sculptures called "Tikis".
We have the only glass bottom boat of the Island, making it friendly for all type of guests and all ages.
It is a shared tour, but has a maximum of 12 people, making it really comfortable and intimate.
Lunch is on the unique private island of Moorea (it belongs to our family), not on a shared beach with other companies. Enjoy our local rum, pinneaple juice, beer and water.
Everything is home made, and prepared with local ingredients :
Tahitian raw fish salad with coconut milk, chicken and fish kebabs and fruits from the island.

Our family, native of Moorea, will accompany you on the lagoon for a real discovery of its wildlife and all its creatures. From turtles, sharks, rays and fish to coloful coral and underwater tikis (statues representing ours gods). You'll be aboard our glass bottom boat, comfortably sitted under the shade. Those who like to be in water will experience everything by snorkeling, the others will be able to enjoy the underwater experience by looking through the glass. We'll then bring you to our private motu (islet), for a local lunch. Tahitian raw fish with coconut milk, salmon of the gods and chicken breast kebabs and seasonal fruits. Drinks are also included: local rum, beer, pineapple juice and water.

5.00It doesn’t matter what language you speak or where you are from. If you are blessed/lucky enough to enjoy a trip to the mystical world of the French Polynesia island of Moorea, this experience is a true difference maker. For us (me & my wife), everything starts and stops with culture. If you are a curious traveler wanting to soak in and be immersed by the unpredictable breaths of Mother Nature, and in particular, the romance of the sea and its natural creations, you’re at the right place. It felt like our +/- 5hrs together were educational, culturally prevalent, tasteful, respectful and hella fun! At the end of the journey, Sham (the tour guide, comedian, story teller, historian, life guard, chef, Ukulele rock star, and Manta Ray, Shark, Turtle whisperer turned into our friend. A trusted soul that loves what he does, and gave us so much joy, by leading us through deep sea snorkel trolling, guiding us on the history of the island, its people, its values, its rich abundance, All while gliding over the sea in a glass bottom boat/panga. We ate like Polynesian Kings & Queens, from the freshest fish cooked grilled on a private island at the edge of the reef, watching the large waves crash, but protected from the lava induced coral. This was a tour, with somewhat scripted activity and direction. But each day is filled with the unknown of the seas that in Moorea seems to always deliver. Highest recommendation and highest review. 5.00Delicious food, comfortable boats, unforgettable experiences. A very professional operation. The gold standard of boat tours. We were two of only 18 passengers who didn’t speak French. The two guides effortlessly switched between French and English, and it almost felt like we had our own personalised commentary throughout the day. And the wildlife interactions… what do you mean your tour guides are besties with groups (“fevers”) of stingrays? Not since greeting my dog after a long absence have I seen animals respond to particular humans with such obvious enthusiasm and trust. One person literally cried with joy after stingray hugs and photo ops, and honestly, I don’t blame them. We also lucked out and swam with around 8-12 eagle rays at a respectful distance, which has left me mildly obsessed with them. The guides were knowledgeable, witty, and had impeccable vibes throughout. It was especially meaningful chatting with one of them about Tahitian indigenous language and culture. Ia Ora Na! Māuruuru Noa! Kia ora from your Pacific cousins in Aotearoa New Zealand. Spectacular tour. Do not miss it. We went solo kayaking in some of the same areas the day before, which was already fantastic, but this completely blew our expectations out of the water (pun unintended).

5.00Moana and Shamti were super friendly and humorous. The discovery of the lagoon, in 3 different places by snorkeling, was very interesting because you could see different things. The lunch break and aperitif (both excellent) I liked a lot because we had the opportunity to swim in the lagoon again. Thanks to them for all their explanations about marine life and Moorea in general. I liked it so much that I went back the next day. Joel

5.00Absolutely amazing day. So far it’s been the highlight of our 18 day holiday. Could not fault a thing, was treated like VIPs from the minute we were picked up & everything was way beyond our expectations from the snorkelling spots to the fantastic lunch on the private Moto. Cam & Mamu (?) were fantastic. I booked this tour based on the reviews and I’m so glad we did. Do yourself a favour and take this tour - you will not be disappointed

5.00We spent an exceptional day with Captain Mana and Cham! They are both adorable, very funny and really caring. You feel comfortable with them right away, and their explanations are clear, exciting and full of anecdotes. We learn a lot while having fun! And so... what a chance 🍀 As Cham told us, it’s not every day, but we were incredibly lucky to see about fifteen green turtles 😍🐢 A magical moment! We also observed a lot of different fish, majestic pastenague rays, and even blacktip sharks — impressive but totally safe. The meal was delicious, a real treat that perfectly completes this already perfect day 😋 Frankly, an exceptional experience from start to finish, unforgettable, incredible... too good!!! 🌊✨ I recommend 1000% 🙌

5.00An absolutely unforgettable excursion! We had the chance to see sharks, rays and even turtles in a beautiful setting. The team was at the top: professional, warm and always attentive. The little extra: a stopover on a private island with a typical meal of French Polynesia, a real moment of sharing and total change of scenery A huge thank you to Caro and Swan for their kindness, good humor and incredible atmosphere throughout the outing. We felt confident from start to finish. I recommend this experience with my eyes closed!

5.00We had an outstanding experience with the Captain Taina tour group. Swan is a delight! Knowledgeable, fun, and he provided great musical entertainment with his ukulele. The snorkeling was excellent - a highlight was seeing a fever of 20 eagle rays (that I counted). Lunch was a treat, and I had a spontaneous Polynesian dance with a staff member. Highly recommend!!!

5.00We went on a boat trip to Moorea and it was just amazing. Caro and Swan were perfect from start to finish: sweet, funny and very attentive. You really feel their passion and their desire to share. The passage on the private motu is a real plus, a timeless moment. Nature particularly spoiled us that day, and Caro was able to make the experience even richer with his explanations and stories about Moorea, super interesting. Little special mention for Swan who was adorable with my daughter Mila throughout the day ❤️ If you’re looking for more than just an excursion, with passionate and exciting people, go for it. It will clearly remain my fondest memory of Polynesia.
