Native of Moorea and marine life passionate, our family has been guiding travelers for 20 years now. Join us for a real lagoon discovery and the Polynesian culture.

You'll enjoy 3 amazing snorkeling stops, encountering green turtles, eagle rays, sharks, whip rays and underwater sculptures called "Tikis".

We have the only glass bottom boat of the Island, making it friendly for all type of guests and all ages.

It is a shared tour, but has a maximum of 12 people, making it really comfortable and intimate.

Lunch is on the unique private island of Moorea (it belongs to our family), not on a shared beach with other companies. Enjoy our local rum, pinneaple juice, beer and water.

Everything is home made, and prepared with local ingredients :

Tahitian raw fish salad with coconut milk, chicken and fish kebabs and fruits from the island.

This excursion really adds to the Island Experience

Our family, native of Moorea, will accompany you on the lagoon for a real discovery of its wildlife and all its creatures. From turtles, sharks, rays and fish to coloful coral and underwater tikis (statues representing ours gods). You'll be aboard our glass bottom boat, comfortably sitted under the shade. Those who like to be in water will experience everything by snorkeling, the others will be able to enjoy the underwater experience by looking through the glass. We'll then bring you to our private motu (islet), for a local lunch. Tahitian raw fish with coconut milk, salmon of the gods and chicken breast kebabs and seasonal fruits. Drinks are also included: local rum, beer, pineapple juice and water.

We had an outstanding experience with the Captain Taina tour group. Swan is a delight! Knowledgeable, fun, and he provided great musical entertainment with his ukulele. The snorkeling was excellent - a highlight was seeing a fever of 20 eagle rays (that I counted). Lunch was a treat, and I had a spontaneous Polynesian dance with a staff member. Highly recommend!!!

Family activity , we appreciated the kindness and humor of our guide and the kindness of the captain. Small group of 12 people which makes the experience more fun we discovered plenty of rays, turtles, sharks.... Lunch on the motu summer top! Great experience thank you!

We had a great day with Caro and "Shami" who were adorable. Lunch on the motu was very good, it is the best tahitian raw fish we ate, the setting was amazing. Snorkelling was really nice with very interesting explanations from Caro for adults and children. Caro also accompanied our children during the snorkelling. The glass bottom boat is really a plus.

We had an absolutely exceptional lagoon trip with Captain Taina. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the atmosphere, the security and especially the beauty of the places discovered. It was a very special outing for us, as it was our very last crossing with them before our definitive return to metropolis. We really wanted to share this last moment with Captain Taina and his team, and we could not have dreamed better to close this beautiful experience in Polynesia. A huge thank you to Taina, the captain, for her kindness, professionalism and communicative passion. You can really feel the love she has for the sea and the local culture, which makes the experience even more authentic and unforgettable. Many thanks also to Keane, our super guide, who accompanied us throughout the trip with clear, exciting and accessible explanations about the seabed and underwater life. Thanks to him, we learned a lot while enjoying the lagoon. It was much more than an excursion: a real moment of discovery, sharing and above all a magnificent way to say goodbye to this little corner of paradise. As always, a beautiful day! Turtles, rays, fish of all colors in a magical lagoon. Ma'a delicious (rum also 🙃) Big up to Clement and Moana for the good atmosphere on board and their humor 🤙 To do, and do again! Mauruuru! Nico, Emily, Gaby and Coco.

It was a good day trip overall. The staff were kind and the food was delicious. The main highlight—something not all tours offer—is the chance to swim with turtles. You don’t always see many, as it depends on how calm the lagoon is, but in good conditions you can spot them more easily. The same goes for the leopard rays. One downside was the time management. There were three swimming spots, all quite close to each other, yet we spent a lot of time waiting around on the boat instead of being in the water. Each stop was fairly short (around 30 minutes), so it felt like time could have been used better. That said, I booked this tour specifically to swim with turtles, and for that experience, it delivers. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s a good choice. Alternatively, renting a small boat or a kayak could give you a similar experience at your own pace—just without the included lunch.

One faultless, 10/10 food and drink, 10/10 spots, 10/10 captain and skipper, 10/10 equipment! We could see many sharks and turtles rays on a single ride the moments in the water were magical and those on the boat hilarious! Everything is perfectly grounded you will not lack anything!

Great experience for me on the small boat for the half day trip. It was the first time I tried snorkeling and the monitor Clement helped me overcome my fears. He explained clearly the history of the island and the underwater tikis. We saw turtles, raies, fish and small sharks. I enjoyed the meal on the island too.

A great half day with Captain Taina’s team! Many thanks to Kenae for her welcome and explanations we saw beautiful turtles swimming with sharks and rays and one of the best moments was the traditional meal on the family motu! A coconut fish on top! Ok highly recommend all the family enjoyed swimming safely even with turtles in drift mode! Everyone can have fun! Mauruuru to the whole team!
