Yesterday was our first time water rafting experience. Lucky for our family to meet an extraordinary person like Yusik. She was very acommodating and fun to talk to. The rafting was superb, they also provide towles, water and lunch after the rafting activity.

We went to Ubud for rafting and ATV and our private driver Arsana, is super kind and helpful. Provided us knowledge about Ubud and was very patient as he waited for us to finish our activities. He ensured we are comfortable throughout our journey with him. Definitely recommend Arsana!

The rapids were great. Andy our tour guide was awesome and funny and I’d highly recommend our driver Gde arsana who shared great local knowledge.

Very nice experience..we booked the whole activity with round trip transfer and food.. not have to worry about anything.. driver (gungde) was ready at the hotel lobby took us to rafting site, welcomed us with a yummy drink, took us to rafting site, very nice experience.. Only problem is to reach the activity site we have to go by walking offroad and steps down to riverbank and back which may be difficult especially for elderly.. but was an amazing experience.

Was fun!! Met new people and make new friends. One sad part is you hve to climb down before and climb up after rafting. Pretty tiring but overall it's woth it. Well the driver (atu) we got was great. He was attentive and very helpful. We enjoyed our time to the waterfalls & he take nice photos!

The flow rate was suitable for riding with children and the scenery was really nice. At the middle of the waterfall, if you take out the cell phone that the guide kept in the waterproof bag, they will take a picture of you. Others say that they take pictures and sell them at the end for a fee, but I think it's really nice to be able to take pictures in the middle with your own cell phone without that. Along the way, locals stop by a place that sells drinks and ramen, but this seems to be the case with all businesses. A drink is sold for around 30,000 rupiah, but if you don't want it, you can just take a break. I really recommend it.

They are very friendly and the rafting time is long (about 1-2 hrs) hehe Lunch is not special, but the scenery is a must try! And thanks to ajik the best driver in ubud ;)
