  I am so happy with Kelly (Tour planner) and Irene (Tour guide)... both of them are very professional and made my trip an extra layer memorable... Next time if I visit again with my family... I will definitely want to travel with them again.

  My family and I had engaged the service of CXT agency for our customized private tours in both Xian and Beijing. It was inclusive of the airport transfers. We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Lenna, our travel consultant was very professional and she was very prompt in providing the assistance and support throughout our trip. There was a smooth coordination in terms of the logistics. Her great service was clearly demonstrated when she responded promptly to help us when we encountered difficulties in securing the priority tickets to access the beast area and small train ride in Beijing Wildlife Park due to no local ID and mainland contact number available. Our tour guide, Kai who was appointed was also very professional and knowledgeable. He had made a difference in making our visit to Terracotta Army Museum a memorable and meaningful one. We were also pleased with the drivers service in engaging a safe ride during the airport transfer. Thank you, Lenna and Kai!   We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our tour guide, Noble, during our visit to Xi’an! He took us to some incredible spots, including the breathtaking Terracotta Soldiers, and made the entire journey unforgettable. His deep knowledge and passion for history brought every site to life, making the tour both educational and engaging. Beyond his expertise, Noble was incredibly kind, polite, and always attentive to our needs, ensuring we had the best experience possible. His enthusiasm and professionalism truly set him apart, making him the best tour guide we’ve ever had. If we ever return to Xi’an, we will definitely book another tour with Noble.   Excellent tour today with Ken, and I'd highly recommend. I was in Xi'an on business, and took a day before flying back to the U.S. for touring. I couldn't have selected a better tour guide! He was knowledgeable in the history, interesting factoids, expertly navigated us through the crowds, and at a pace without me feeling rushed. A plus, was his English was excellent and it felt more like a conversation than a script he memorized. I could ask questions on China and Xi'an, culture, environment, etc., and he was able to provide the information. We toured the Terra Cotta Warriors and Bampo Museum, plus a stop for lunch for Biang Biang and tea tasting. Fascinating. Ken also helped me arrange for a car the next day for the airport (at half the cost of the hotel), and suggested items to bring home for my friends and grandkids.

  When in Xian this is a must do tour. Very informative guide Cathy gave a very good insight to the creation and history of the Terra-cotta warriors.

  We had an excellent private tour led by our guide Lucas. He had a great personality and escorted our group through the very crowded exhibition spaces. Lucas is very knowledgeable and communicates extremely well. We enjoyed our time with him and would highly recommend his services as a guide.

  Coordination and communication with Lenna was great. I enjoyed my tour guide Noble who arrived early, was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Other tours were much more expensive and were only offered with a group of strangers. With this tour I got my own private tour guide and driver for half of what the others cost. We knocked out the Terra-cotta Warriors in the morning then I was given the option of 2 additional sites in the afternoon. Noble also shared with me some of the spring lantern festival which I was lucky to have arrived during.

  Cloris met me at my hotel lobby with driver. Took me to all the sites and some extra. Was amazing a day well spent. Her english was v ery good understood everything she said. I would recomend Cloris as a guide in Xi'an anytime. Only one shopping stop for terracotta warriors factory and was well worth it. No pressure to buy or anything. Would recomend stop here. Sophia the person I was dealing with in orginising day was amazing. She build a itinerary around everywhere i wanted to go and gave a very good price.

  Our family (5) and friends (4) had a wonderful time learning about, viewing, and exploring the Terracotta Warriors of Xi'an. Our guide, Lucia, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We moved at just the right pace for everyone, ages 45 to 6. Our driver was also safe and courteous to all of us. It was a fantastic day, with memories that will last a lifetime. Highly Recommend!!!

  We had a private day tour where Shasha expertly guided us through the day with her vast knowledge of the history of the region and the Terracotta Warriors. The casual relaxed style of a professional guide was something we enjoyed, as so often we elect to just do it our selves. However we learnt so much having a guide. We saved ourselves time and money by choosing this company, we could not have gotten around Xi’an so easily in the one day we had allocated.
