2.00The driver was late to collect us by 1 hr by the time I made contact with the company. There was no apology from the driver given we had arrived on time from our 17hr flight and was advised by the company driver would be waiting.

1.00they did not show up to pick us up at JFK and never phoned or texted to let us know what was going on. Tried to ring but their number didn't connect after an hour gave up and found alternate transport.

5.00Use this service and was very pleased, traveling with elderly parents and they were very accommodating. Immaculate and clean vehicles, and the drivers were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They were also very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
