5.00Wow - I couldn’t have been more thankful and impressed by the service received. I had a bespoke itinerary, which consisted on flying into Cairo at 10am on Saturday, visiting the pyramids, collecting tickets for the boxing, going to the boxing for 6pm, then being driven to Hurghada leaving at 2.30am Sunday, which is a 5hr journey. Firstly Mohamed, was so professional and fully understood my itinerary, which was a breath of fresh air from every other company I messaged. He made me feel at ease. He offered a tour guide as well as a diver and we accepted - Sophia the tour guide was brilliant, she spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable and kind, I strongly recommend getting a tour guide as she knew everyone and we had no hassle or wasted anytime. Syed was our driver, calm and quiet, so respectful, he couldn’t speak much English but he was just great. We had some drama, of my own making regarding the ticket collection, but between them both we got it sorted and I know without them I would never of been able to get them. The next drama, of my own making again, I thought the last fight would be concluded by midnight, on arrival I realised that we wouldn’t be done till 2.30am - honestly Mohamed, just sorted it in two messages. Honestly I was blown away by the service, professionalism and just genuine honesty people. I would recommend in a heartbeat

5.00I don’t really know where to start with the praise. We booked the valley of the kings , and other Luxor highlights a few months before our trip. Mohammed was extremely helpful and his responses were quick. We had settled on a 7am pickup from our boat in Luxor. A couple of days before the big day we realised we had made a huge mistake and would not be getting into Luxor till 4pm. Mohammed was nothing but helpful when we contacted him and he agreed to pick us up in edfu so we could still enjoy our day, and we could meet the boat when it got into Luxor later that day. The driver arrived promptly and we had the most amazing tour guide in Amal. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge and went out of her way to ensure our happiness and comfort, from taking stunning photos, to treating us to a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice. Mohammed had spoken with the reception team on the boat and knew exactly where they would be mooring, the whole day was stress free and we couldn’t have felt safer. We will definitely use big brother again and can’t wait to see the lovely Amal again

5.00We had a brilliant time visiting the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut Temple, Habu Temple, and colossi of Memnon with Big Brother Travel. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to Muhammad for helping us when our itinerary changed. I would highly recommend this tour company and we will 100% use them for all our tours when we visit again.

5.00An absolutely amazing experience with Mohamed! Please, if you're considering anyone, with honest and very good pricing, consider Mohamed. I used Mohamed 4 out of the 5 days I was in luxor. 1. Airport pickup - punctual, friendly and straight away talking about the history of luxor. 2. West bank driver. Mohamed drove me to all the west bank main sites and waited in the car whilst I visited, this took away all the stress and logistics of finding my way around. (Tour guide is an option but I just used the driver service) 3. Mohamed drove me the 1 hour drive north to Dendera and the temple of hathor. By far my favourite temple. 4. I was collected and driven to the bus station, and we were too early so he bought me a coffee so that I wasn't waiting too long alone. Mohamed repeatedly told me that if I ever needed anything, to please contact him and he would help. That also takes a lot of stress off a solo traveler, I never needed to ask or request anything extra but I can be 100% sure that Mohammed would have come to help. Everything on my itinerary was agreed per WhatsApp before I landed in Egypt and everything ran smoothly like clockwork. Always early for pickups, very high standard of car, excellent English, and super friendly. I will be recommending to everyone visiting Egypt to contact Big brother travel. The next time I'm back in Egypt, I wouldn't think twice about messaging him! Thanks again Mohammed!

5.00I never write reviews, but I am making a total exception for BIG BROTHER. They are a truly fantastic team run by Mohammed, and both my husband and I are in total agreement that meeting him made our visit to Luxor so special. We used his Big Brother service every day of our stay. Mohammed organised our air-conditioned transportation to and from the airport, a felucca ride at sunset, a tour of the Valley of the Kings, the Nobles, the Artisans, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, and provided an excellent Egyptologist to guide us around Karnak temple at 6 am. There is nothing this man cannot organise. He is a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person who provided exactly what we asked for, was so easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, and we feel lucky to have met him. I wholeheartedly recommend him to you. These are our photos of a fabulous trip. Thankyou Mohammed. Ailsa & Ben Richards

5.00We booked a two-day transfer tour and decided to add a one-day tour in Luxor as well. Our journey started with a transfer from Aswan via Abu Simbel to Luxor, and from the very beginning everything felt relaxed and well organized. Mohamed was never pushy and always gave us the space to decide for ourselves where we wanted to go. When we asked for his opinion, he answered honestly, without ever trying to sell us something extra. Along the way, he shared helpful tips and interesting information when it felt appropriate, but he also sensed perfectly when it was nice to just enjoy the ride in silence. He was open, funny, and very easy to talk to. The car was comfortable, and Mohamed’s driving style was calm and confident, making us feel completely safe as three women traveling together. We truly enjoyed traveling with Mohamed and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a comfortable way to explore Egypt!

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional private, family-friendly travel across Egypt Big Brother Travel organised all of our private transport and tours across Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Aswan and Luxor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Travelling as a family with a child, we felt completely supported, safe, and stress-free at every stage. All transfers, long-distance travel, tickets and tours were perfectly organised. Vehicles were comfortable and private, drivers were punctual, professional, and drove very safely, which made a huge difference when travelling with a child. A special thank you to Fatima, who was an exceptional tour guide. She is calm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and wonderful with families. She explained history in a way that was engaging for adults while also keeping our child interested and comfortable throughout the day. Everything ran smoothly, communication was excellent, and we always felt looked after. If you are travelling as a family and want high-quality, private, well-organised travel in Egypt, we highly recommend Big Brother Travel and would absolutely use them again.

5.00Had a wonderful trip in Luxor. Guided tour of temples and valley of the kings. A balloon ride, bike ride and boat ride done. Mohamed organizes according to your wishes. Transfers were also arranged. And lunch addresses. Great.
